I ordered a pair of trainers from this company and was shocked at the poor quality of what I received — they appeared to be fake Hoka trainers, and to make matters worse, they arrived in a plastic bag with no box or proper packaging.

After contacting the company, I was promised a partial refund, which they never followed through with despite several follow-up emails. Their communication has been evasive and unprofessional throughout.

This feels like a scam operation, and I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company. I will be reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

This is a scam website I’m joining the dots now i ordered a pair of ASICS trainers they do look legit but came with Chinese writing on label and shipping from china return address is linked other scams on Vinted ect needs to be looked into!! I’ll be contacting my bank and trading standards might contact watchdog see what they unearth!

Weird company

Really poor quality, took weeks to arrive and when they did come the shoes look fake and are from China. The return address is to China so to get my full refund I need to spend a lot of money to return the item (even though the address on the website is a UK address) which was not stated on the website. Feel very let down by this company and would strongly advise not to trust or buy through them.

Didn’t get my trainers or any communication, probably a scam!

Product never arrived and email exchanges have been incredibly frustrating. Company fails to take accountability for unfullfilled order; are unwilling to send out replacement or offer refund. Appalling customer service. Furthermore, I went to the contact address shown on the website, 71-75 Shelton Street. The lady I spoke to knew nothing about the company and, according to the building's records, isn't associated with that address in anyway.

The delivery was slow and then had an unwanted item. Rang number on website several times and just got voicemail Emailed them for return information. Was told would be easier to have 30% discount and keep item.I Informed them that I wanted a full refund and this time they offered a 50% discount to keep item or I had to return to china as that is where the companies warehouse is and I would have to pay international tracking and postage. The company would not let me return item to London- which is the address on website. I had to conatct my banks fraud team, who gave me a full refund.

Fake! scam! Fake! China goods!

Terrible company. Do not use. I ordered some shoes, they smelt of plastic and look fake. They also didn’t fit. I asked for a return form, was offered 30% refund and keep the shoes, then offered a 50% refund, when I asked for a full refund, I was given an address is China. I checked this out and it’s fake. Also they are registered in the UK according to Companies House, so why do I need to return to China. I asked this and they are now ignoring my emails. I will be informing the fraud team.

I ordered 2 items & wanted to return. When emailed to request a return as their website states a 30 Days Return Policy, I got a offered 30% refund and to keep items. I rejected and said I wanted a full refund, then got another email offering 40%. As I rejected again, they now say post back to China when their website has an UK address.

This company sells fake/counterfeit products. Do not use this site.
I purchased a pair of Hoka trainers which turned out to be fakes. I challenged the company about this and they said they would only provide a refund only if I sent them back to their warehouse in China (although they were dispatched from somewhere in the UK).
This is an incredibly dodgy site, steer well clear.

Fake fake fake. Arrived in a package with no box. Golfaza shipped the wrong size trainer. They will not pay for the return to China. They first offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund if I kept the fake trainers that do not fit. They will not accept responsibility and are insisting I have to pay for the return.

Avoid this company!

Company needs winding down, selling fake clothing from China. Havnt even took shirt out of package cause its that bad. Using a UK company address , told Barclaycard and have been in contact with trading standards. Even said after I asked before the posting was it genuine they emailed saying they were. Offered me 50% off and keep shirt then 60%off and keep.

Scam Chinese site selling fakes. Do not buy from them! Ordered two shirts from them. They didn’t fit and the quality was terrible. Their “easy returns” process required me to email them repeatedly to get return instructions. After no response for 2 weeks, they eventually replied offering me a 50% refund if I kept the items (shows how cheap they are). When I pointed out they didn’t fit and were no use to me, they didn’t respond. Eventually they gave me a return address to send the items to in China (at my own cost). Royal Mail quoted me £25 for this…

SCAM!! Counterfeit trainers DO NOT BUY!!
Tell you they give you 30% refund then 50% refund.
If you want 100% refund, you have to return it back to China which cost you around £30 to send it back. Even though they’ve registered on their website that their company is based in London.
Do not buy anything from this company!

I really hope you are reading the reviews before purchasing anything from this website.
There were so many red flags but stupidly I ignored them thinking it would be ok. It was not ok.
Firstly they sent men’s trainers which were too wide for me. On further investigation it turns out that these running shoes are fakes from China.

When trying to return them they offering me 30% refund if I keep the item (which is useless to me as doesn’t fit, even if they were real) then 50% refund and keep the item, and now they want me to return the trainers to China, at my expense. I’m happy to return them with a prepaid postage label but I’m not paying for shipping to China when they’ve sent me the wrong item.

I managed to get a refund through Klarna, stay away from this company!
