I had a broken down 11 year old Motocaddy electric trolley. Friendly. Efficient. Good value. Would use again without question.

Great service from Roger today. Super efficient, friendly and professional.

Strap on bottom of trolley replaced and some loose fittings on the trolley also replaced.

I went through the Motocaddy website and found Roger as my local service agent.
After reading previous reviews I made contact with Roger. He was first class in communications and we soon sorted when I could drop over my trolley.
The service was done in a few days and I was pleasantly surprised how much it cost. Collection was done on a bank holiday Monday which again surprised me.
I do not write many reviews but had to let people know I highly recommend Roger and the fantastic service he provides.

I have used Golf Pro Services for a few years now and always get excellent service. Roger gets back to me in hours after a message and has never let me down. I highly recommend him for all golf related issues and repairs.

Had a problem with my Powakaddy yesterday, was recommended to Roger by a playing associate and contacted him late afternoon, and delivered my trolley to him early evening after discussing the problem. 11am call from Roger, trolley fully functional again and good for golf again! Service second to none, priced very realistically, absolute pleasure to deal with this man, would recommend to everyone!

Excellent, quick, friendly service at a very fair price

I called Roger (Williams) regarding my faulty Motocaddy Cube push trolley. Although he couldn’t offer his services directly, he gave me some expert advice which has resulted in me receiving a free replacement trolley from the manufacturer. Many thanks.

Contacted Roger as I believed my trolley had a faulty battery. Roger tested over night but he advised fault was with trolley. Gave trolley to Roger following evening and he immediately found fault as well as several others including damaged front wheel and alignment, damaged rubber bag strap, missing securing screw etc. all of which he replaced.
He called me following morning to tell me it was "all done" at a very reasonable price.
Roger is not only a very nice guy, well respected in the industry but a very knowledgeable person who I would strongly recommend if you need help.
