fast and efficient delt with a mistake in my ordering quickly

I found what I was looking for, but I wasn’t very satisfied to find out that customs duties weren’t mentioned anywhere. Since the item was shipped to an EU country, I ended up having to pay an extra £38.47, which was an unwelcome surprise.😳
I will think twice to order from Golfstream again!!

Ordered trolley/bag/umbrella recently and all arrived safely/on time and great quality on all the goods!-trolley, in particular, is so easy to use.

As I did not know what winter wheels to buy for my GOLFSTREAM caddy as Is was told I couldn't get wheels,and decided to Google to see if it was true and found GOLFSTREAM accessories so I messaged and Derek was very helpful and told what wheels I needed to buy ,thanks Derek fitted perfect kind regards Richard

Everything about the GX3 is fabulous on paper.
In reality everything is fabulous.
Once you put bag of clubs in trolley it seems good going along the fairways.
When you want to change direction this is where it’s absolutely awful.
It’s very heavy and awkward to steer it left or right to any degree. Massive power needed in your arms to get this done, made more difficult with the high handle.
I absolutely HATE this electric trolley.

Everything went well only niggle was how long it took to receive my purchase but that may not be your fault

I ordered the replacement parts that I needed to my golf trolley, I got them quickly as also the necessary help to assemble it, in short, problem solved along with a 5 stars assistance.

Excellent service, always quick to respond. So nice to be able to buy spare from your website.

From phone call to golfstream to pointing me in the right direction for what I wanted, to the delivery turning up next day. All easy and perfect.

So ! What fantastic customer service i have had from these guys this week . I emailed them about a fault with my out of warranty trolley and within half an hour had an email, then a phone call from one of the directors, Derek . The outcome was, that although my trolley was out of warranty, Derek explained that they did not like to see any of their equipment going wrong and offered me a replacement part for half price. It has arrived today , 48 hours later ! Love my trolley , its quality! and that is customer service how it should be . Thank you

Great communication and high quality goods

I ordered a new battery for my trolley, it was sent promptly but unfortunately a connector was missing. On contacting Golf stream I got an immediate response and the missing part was sent out in the next post.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them

Living half an hour from their office and deciding it was time to replace my old trolley a visit to Golfstream in Ramsgate was in order. As previously the staff here are more than helpful and very professional. I plumped for their top of the range GX5 WITH A BRAKE. What a dream this trolley is a few seconds to get it set up, the quality is nothing less than superb never owning a trolley with braking is just amazing, my course has some very steep hills (up and down) this amazing piece of kit coped admirably with all I threw at it. To sum up if you struggle especially going down hills with a non brake trolley invest in one, your knees will love you for it.

The after sales service at Golfstream is extra ordinary, always a telephone call away & your speaking to Lin or Derek not a robot but someone real & that is something that other companies can learn. I had a recent problem with my PCB controller & within days it’s sorted, not waiting weeks to get your trolley back on the golf course. Golfstream is amazing.

Had a slight issue with the screen so I took it in to get it sorted and it was done in just a couple of hours.

Having bought a golf stream trolley years ago and had many years of service from the trolley. I had problem with the front wheel. I contacted golf stream in Thanet and they fixed it the next day for a very small charge. Excellent service. Helpful people. Highly recommended.
