I ordered a refurbished Golfstream Vision electric golf trolley. It arrived 2 days after being ordered in good working condition. The trolley is very well engineered and easy to fold with one click and store in the boot. The wheels can be set to freewheel to get you home if you forget to charge the battery and it runs out while on the course. The info panel is simple and of the Kindle type which can be read easily in bright unlight. Great, well designed product.

Purchased first Golfstream, after contacting them directly for information before purchase.

They were quick to respond so went ahead and purchased it.

I found the lack of bad reviews concerning, simply because not every product is perfect and the web is a huge research tool - YouTube, golf forums etc had very very few reviews but they were all good.

It arrived in a battered box and a couple of cosmetic defects but nothing major.

With this one, screen didn’t work properly which became apparent on its first outing.

A return was arranged, (trolley only) with the battery remaining, which was fine as you knew the battery was good.

I was sent a new one out. This one cut out halfway through the round, with a full charge, and wouldn’t come back to life. Had to push it in.

The “selling points” such as the visible display in sunlight, or the trolley design are rendered obsolete given the size of the thing when folded and the lack of any display functions that would require you to look at the screen.

When the issues were raised with them they didn’t actually seem surprised so I have always surmised they are pretty poor quality and subsequently have issues with cheap components - which are easily changed given the simplistic design.

2 trollies. 2 faults.

A waste of 4 weeks.

Great service, I had ordered a motor for my Powakaddy and got it within a few days  also great service on the telephone lovely staff, very helpful 

Bought a new Golf stream trolley in 2020. intermittent problem started in 2022, trolley would stop working, and i had to push it for the remainder of the round. Had the controller replaced, this sorted the issue for a few weeks, problem re-occured, contacted the company, and was told to replace the motor, as this was the likely cause.
Very disappointing, will never buy another Golf stream.
Buy what you can trust, Powakaddy or Motocaddy.

Superb service.from Golfstream. I bought a Vision Trolley from a dealer who has since gone bust. After nearly 2 years the battery stopped taking a charge. I spoke to Lin at golf stream and explained the problem. Once we had checked the battery age she immediately arranged for the battery and charger to be collected the next day. 2 days after it was delivered I got a note saying the battery was repaired and on it's way back but I should only use the charger originally supplied not the one I returned. When it came back I phoned Lin again and explained that the charger I sent was the one supplied (dealer error) She then said she would send a new charger out free of charge.

The vision is a fantastic trolly and Golfstream's service exemplary. Buy with confidence

Loved the Vision trolley and ended up an issue with it where it would not power up.
I contacted them via email and within minutes got a reply with somethings to try, which worked for a short period before the issue reoccurred.
Again I emailed before heading out to play, yep happened at the course ! By the third hole I had had reply.
They arranged for the trolley to be collected, a Tuesday, and returned all within 3 days.
