Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 130 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported receiving products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, including shoes and golf balls, which often had noticeable differences in quality, sizing, and appearance compared to authentic items. The website itself was frequently criticized for selling products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, leading many to advise against using it. Additionally, customers found the sizing of the products to be consistently incorrect, even when ordering their usual size or following guides. Reviewers also faced significant issues with the refund and return process, as the company often insisted on returns to a US address at the customer's expense, despite their website indicating a UK return location. Many were offered only partial refunds to keep the ill-fitting or items that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, and some reported difficulties accessing the website, which complicated the refund process. However, some customers did receive genuine products, with one reviewer expressing satisfaction with the quality of golf balls and another praising a polo shirt for its fit and appearance.

Same situation as lots of other people…

Same situation as lots of other people on here leaving a review. Bought trainers in my size, using the measuring guide and they still didn't fit. Requested to return them, said I had to ship them to USA at my own cost and tracked (would have cost £29) or a 30% refund, which I then emailed to accept, but the email was returned and the website now appears to be shut down. Brilliant. Big scam, don't touch them.

FAKE COMPANY

Bought shoes, they are the wrong size - website is no longer up and running, and the email came back returned. So no return for me, and I'm out £100. DO NOT BUY HERE - of course you can't now, anyway!

This company is not legit

This company is not legit, he tries to extort money from customers when they query items not arriving and will not refund. Stay away from this company or any company with Alexander Anderson involved.

Fake site

Purchased trainers which I believe to be fake as sizing completely different to other shoes of the same brand. Contacted them only to be told I had to return them to America and now the website has disappeared and my emails bounce back. Conned out of £100 unfortunately

Fake goods and dodgy customer returns policy

Order a pair of Asics Nova Blasts. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Ordered a half size up from my original pairs of Nova Blasts and could barely get my feet in them. Advised I could have a 20% refund or return to a USA address at my own costs. I queried why a UK based company is asking for returns to be sent to the USA and I was advised they don't have a UK warehouse.

Wish I'd read reviews prior to purchasing as the item is clearly fake. I've contacted my bank and plan to contact Asics.

This is a SCAM site selling fake gear

I ordered a pair of ASICS Kayano Gel 31 running shoes. Sadly I hadn’t looked at Trustpilot first - rookie mistake. I tried to cancel my order the day after. That didn’t work. The shoes arrived 10 days later but in the meantime I’d ordered a pair from the actual ASICS site that arrived in 2 days. The shoes from Golf Vitals appeared superficially similar but are in fact fake. They are not even the right size - can’t get them on my feet. Again ‘Alexander Anderson’ says I’ve got to send to an address in the USA offering 20% refund to keep them. The London address doesn’t belong to this business and the telephone number doesn’t exist. I’ve now reported them to Action Fraud. Apparently Trading Standards are aware of them. Anyway I’ve learned a salutary lesson - consult Trustpilot in future before ordering from an unknown website.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could! Like nearly everyone else, had a long wait and received fake items! Ordered novablast 5 received in a different size and colour than what I ordered and quality is shocking, told to return to US at my cost despite returns policy on companies own website saying all returns to go to London address, currently investigating with Asics who are reviewing counterfeit items and my bank fraud team to try and get money back. Avoid avoid avoid!

Pathetic

Don’t use this company. Had to wait for ages for some shoes for my daughter. When they arrived it says UK size 6 on the shoe which is what we ordered, not even close, more like a size 4, my daughter could barely squeeze her foot into it, certainly not able to use them for sport! What an expensive total waste of time.

Don’t buy from

Same as a lot of people, ordered some trainers and it was only when they were taking a while to come I looked on here and saw the reviews. Tried to cancel but couldn’t so once they arrived (good copy but I’m pretty sure not legitimate- weighed too much and smelt funny). I asked to return and was told to return to USA (even though website says UK).

Manage to claim a refund through my CC company as sent them all emails. DO NOT buy from this site

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I stupidly didn’t check the reviews before I ordered. Their items are fake and completely the wrong sizing. They also sent me a completely different colour to any of the colour options on the website! And then for returns they ask you to and back to the USA! Complete joke.

Fake Items - Please do not waste your money!

Seriously if I could give the company zero stars I would.
I bought New Balance 327 trainers from them and they were the worst copies I have ever encountered in my life.
The CS is none existent you deal with a person called Alexander.
I have reported the company to Trading Standards and there is a case with them.

Although I have received my money back from my bank. I am quite enjoying conversing with Alexander so far I have been offered 20%, 30% and I am now up to 40% refund and I can keep my absolute belting trainers.
Which I assure you, I wouldn’t give them to my dog to chew!
Oh and if you do want to send them back even though they are ‘supposed’ to be a UK based company and the returns address is in London.
YOU have to send them back to the USA at your own cost… Okay Mate!!!

Please, please do not waste your money

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Website states returns are no problem and send to London address…even “lightly used” . Once contacted the company then start back tracking, saying it’s your fault for ordering the wrong size. And apparently you can only return items to New York address. Which is nowhere stated in any of the returns policy.
