Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 130 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported receiving products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, including shoes and golf balls, which often had noticeable differences in quality, sizing, and appearance compared to authentic items. The website itself was frequently criticized for selling products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, leading many to advise against using it. Additionally, customers found the sizing of the products to be consistently incorrect, even when ordering their usual size or following guides. Reviewers also faced significant issues with the refund and return process, as the company often insisted on returns to a US address at the customer's expense, despite their website indicating a UK return location. Many were offered only partial refunds to keep the ill-fitting or items that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, and some reported difficulties accessing the website, which complicated the refund process. However, some customers did receive genuine products, with one reviewer expressing satisfaction with the quality of golf balls and another praising a polo shirt for its fit and appearance.

Scam you at checkout as after ordering they emailed confirmation stating both wrong size and colour I chose. Someone called ‘Alexander’ emailed saying too late etc etc to get refund and just wishy washy emails.

Product came and fake shoes. Asked for refund and like everyone else send to USA for £40. Despite their website stating London for returns.

They’re putting their own 5 star reviews on here too - comical. Complete lesson learned to research before i buy and never use debit card.

Fake Asics way too small

I received a pair of ASICS Novablast 5 trainers that are clearly counterfeit and way too small. After contacting the company I was told I would have to return them, at my own cost, to New York, despite this advertised as
being a London based company. There is nothing in their returns policy stating an international return address. They will not refund me unless I pay to return the trainers to the States. I therefore attempted to sell them on eBay who sent them back to me due to them not passing their authenticity checks. I have reported the scammers to Trading Standards and connected my bank. Avoid at all costs

Items arrived clearly counterfeit

Items arrived clearly counterfeit, complained and got offered 20% off or to send products to America for full refund (would have to pay for the shipping myself) which is not part of their online returns policy, please avoid and if you do buy don’t bother trying to get a refund through this company just get a charge back through your bank.

Avoid at all costs!

I received a pair of ASICS that I suspect are counterfeit. The box they came in wasn’t even the correct model! After contacting the company I was told I would have to return them, at my own cost, to New York, despite this (allegedly) being a London based company. There is nothing in their returns policy stating an international return address. I asked for a UK based address or a prepaid shipping label, I was ignored and they have stopped dealing with me. It is now in the hands of my bank. I will be reporting to trading standards.

I would give this company a zero if…

I would give this company a zero if possible . As all the other reviews don't be drawn into saving a few quid as what you will get sent , if anything arrives Will be counterfeit trainers . Just to highlight a few characteristics of fake NB trainers are - the sizing is all wrong and the qr code on the tongue doesn't scan for authenticity . They will then advise you to send them back to the USA despite their refund policy stating London. They will also offer you a refund on what you paid and to keep the trainers . This initially started at 20% and my refund offer is now at 40% . I want a full refund as no good to me whatsoever. DO NOT USE WEBSITE please

Avoid at all costs!

I wouldn’t give one star if that was an option. I ordered a pair of trainers, in my usual size. I checked the website before hand to make sure I could return them etc and as per their returns policy on their website they had a UK address and a line above it stating all returns are to be made to that address. Anyway, the shoes arrive over a week later and are tiny so I contact them to arrange a return for a refund. This was refused unless I ship back to the US which was never stated on their website nor was that what their refund policy stated. Despite sending screenshots etc to them of their returns policy they insisted that their returns policy is that all returns are to be made to the US and the UK address is just for correspondence yet their website states otherwise. Took days to reply between emails and only offered me a 20% refund to not return the shoes. I asked if they would cover the difference between the cost of shipping between UK address to what it would’ve been for me to ship to the US and again they refused and stated I had to cover that. After getting pretty annoyed with the poor customer service I gave up. I would never purchase from there again, nor would I recommend them to anybody. I will be reporting to trading standards. I can see they have still not updated their returns policy and it reflects that of a UK address.

Please don’t waste your money with this company.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I purchased some new balance trainers after trying rhe size on in the shop before purchasing. I checked the reviews before buying and they all seemed good, however there has since been lots of bad reviews. I am almost certain the trainers I have been sent are fake as they are way too small. I have requested a refund and they are stating I have to send back to the USA despite their website clearly giving an address in London. They are trying to offer me a 40% refund to keep the trainers, however they are no good to me if they don't fit! I am raising a dispute with my bank in the hope that they can help as they weren't cheap!

Golf Vitals

Do not deal with this company unless you are prepared to send any returns to the USA, at your expense. I got caught out like that as the site states returns should be sent to an address in London or on the package label it states the return address is in Cannock. Both the addresses are not used by this company for returning items. If you want to make a return, you have to send an email and they send you a return address in the USA. It cost me over £37 to return trainers (they sent the wrong ones though they insist they are correct) that cost less than £75. I reported the company the CAB, Action Fraud and also my bank. I did eventually receive a refund but just be very aware

Fake

Fake, Fake, Fake!!
Do not touch this web site!!
Even emails are replied to by someone called Alexander Anderson, which is suspicious as conveniently there’s a Golf Player of the same name!!
Sizing is off as all goods are fake, and then they will not accept any returns, other than offering you to return good to a warehouse in New York or a 20% partial refund!
STAY AWAY

In my opinion

In my opinion, Golf Vitals is a fraudulent company using deceptive returns tactics – avoid at all costs
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Golf Vitals to think twice. In my opinion, this company engages in misleading and potentially fraudulent practices that make it extremely difficult for customers to get refunds or return items.
Here’s my experience:

False UK Returns Address: Golf Vitals claims to be a London-based company, listing 85 Great Portland Street, W1W 7LT, London as their business address. However, when I attempted to return an item, I was told via email that returns could only be accepted at a warehouse in the USA — despite the UK address being prominently displayed on their website and Trustpilot profile.

Bait-and-Switch Returns Policy: Their website states that returns are accepted within 30 days, but this is misleading. Multiple reviewers (and myself included) were told that returns must be shipped internationally at our own cost, often to undisclosed or vague US addresses. This tactic appears designed to discourage returns and make refunds nearly impossible.

Fake Tracking Numbers & Counterfeit Goods: Others have reported receiving counterfeit trainers and fake golf balls, with Golf Vitals refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer a UK-based resolution.

Scamadviser Warning: Independent fraud detection platforms like Scamadviser give Golf Vitals a very low trust score, citing hidden ownership, suspiciously high review volume for a young site, and a registrar linked to spam and fraud.

Trustpilot Reviews Confirm the Pattern: Numerous reviews mention the same scam — customers are lured in by the promise of UK service, only to be told to return items to the US, often at high personal cost. One reviewer even stated: “The UK returns address on their website is bogus. When I contacted them to return shoes that were incorrectly sent as the wrong size, they insisted they could only accept returns to the US warehouse.”

I have reported Golf Vitals to UK Trading Standards, and my bank is currently investigating them for a refund under suspected fraudulent activity. I encourage others to do the same if they’ve had similar experiences.
Avoid this company. Do not trust the UK branding. Do not expect a refund.

After ordering some new balance…

After ordering some new balance trainers via vitals, I was worried reading the reviews of that actually this was a scam and I wasn’t actually going to receive it. I think the good news is I did receive my trainers after about a week. The bad news is they are fake
In the meantime, I had ordered the exact same trainers from new balance, as I figured my original order would not be fulfilled
Ironically both trainers arrived on the same day , so it was interesting to compare the real thing with what arrived from golf vitals
A rudimentary copy of the original , stitching incorrectly place also logo in different location, All in all poor copy probably cost about £3 to produce
You think you’re making a saving buying a shoe at £65 that retails at £110 … you’re just getting some fake tat - if even arrives at all according to some reviews on here
Avoid !!!!!!!

Scammers

Scammers. Ordered a pair of asics novablast 5 running trainers. They came and are clearly fakes, in a reused box with a barcode that takes you to a phillipino Facebook page that openly sells fake trainers. The soles are peeling and everything. They want me to return the shoes to the USA when it originally appeared a London based company and are refusing to cover costs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM
Sent wrong trainers. Men’s not women’s. Refused to accept back to UK address in website said I had to return to USA. Then offered 40% refund and keep trainers. This is a breach of consumer credit act 2015(eng) refusing to accept and give refund within 30 days of purchase. Contacted citizens advice. The company has no relationship with the london address so don’t return there. If affected contact action fraud 03001232040 to report. Once there are sufficient complaints with trading standards investigate
