AVOID at all costs. I am echoing the thoughts of others. This company are selling fake goods. They do not honour their returns policy on their website. My bank has been contacted and they have refunded me the money and are now pursuing this case. How they are legally still able to operate is beyond me. I ended up buying the genuine equivalent of this trainer and it is evident when they are side by side they are selling counterfeit items.

I should have looked at reviews! shipping took ages so then looked for reviews as slow response to email chasing delivery. New balance 327 arrived today and you could tell they were fake as soon as you opened the box as the smell of plastic was so strong. Sizing also completely wrong as an inch shorter than official NB trainers. Totally different materials. OVOID!

Absolute scam! No idea why I never read reviews on this disgusting organisation before ordering! I ordered a pair of New Balance 327 trainers which looked different to my others (now I know it was because they are fakes ) and they did not fit properly. On arranging a return I was told to ship back to USA, or I could have a 20% partial refund to select the “correct size” and have an exchange, along with a condescending lecture on how I should have picked the correct size in the first place. The website clearly states returns are sent back to the UK address as I pointed out in my reply. I was advised this was not a warehouse facility and trainers still had to be sent back to US. Nowhere does it say this! I am contacting my bank to ensure I get a full refund for my purchase and reporting this disgusting organisation! Avoid at all costs.

As others have said, I now realise the shoes I purchased are fakes. Have asked for a refund but will initiate a chargeback with my bank if the refund isn’t a full one.

Ordered New Balance trainers and then saw all the reviews to say they were fake. Emailed within a hour of ordering asking to cancel my order. They eventually refunded but only 90%, at the time of ordering no where in their T&C’s states this.

Ordered trainers and got a shipping notification but the shipping number doesn’t exist and the trainers haven’t arrived! It seems I should have googled the company before paying good money for anything from these scammers!!

Formally Golfado. It looks like the “director” has changed the name of this so called business and is doing the exact same thing.
Fake products sent from US and will insist on only offering a partial refund. Totally illegal.

Delivery took a lot longer than the 5-8 days that they advertised.

Disgusting human

As per everyone else's experience. Trainers are multiple sizes to small. Send back to USA! yeah ok mate, scammers, my credit card company are refunding me so I am ok, but everyone needs to know to avoid. Luckily when I spoke to fraud team they are fully aware of this company and are taking legal action. I have also reported to trading standards. Hopefully they will soon suffer full extent of law and take a huge financial hit.

SCAM Company! Selling FAKE products!

Stay away from this company, they’re pretending to be a UK based company but they’re not. I ordered a pair of New Balance trainers which took weeks to come (tracking showed they arrived at Heathrow) and they are fake, the smell of glue was overwhelming when opened them.

They are refusing to give full refund unless I send back to address in US at my expense. I don’t know if that’s where the trainers come from as only had tracking once arrived at UK.

Completely ignoring me when I send screenshots of the return policy on their website which states a London address. Not acknowledging any of my questions just repeating “as per policy you’re responsible to send back and cover cost’.

They’ve gone out of their way on their website to mislead people into believing this is a legitimate UK based site selling legitimate products but it’s not. As if I would pay £95 for a pair of fake New Balance trainers! I’m actually livid.

I’ve reported to bank and they’ve given me my money back for now whilst they contact this company and I’ve reported to trading standards, not sure what that will do as I assume they’re not based in UK.

Anyway, stay away, do not buy from this site.

Why is this company still allowed to trade? I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing and find myself in exactly the same situation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT London based and has no UK service so an outright lie. I am furious to join the long line of customers to be scammed with unsuitable goods I cannot return.

As with other reviews, shoes purchased were too small (however when tried on initially in a well known shop they fitted perfectly) so can only assume these are fake. Will only accept a return (at my expense) to a USA postal address despite the return policy on their website providing a UK address. When questioned on this they avoid answering and keep repeating the same line that I knew what I was ordering. I have reported to Trading Standards and would encourage those who have already bought to do the same and for everyone else to avoid this store for what appears to be a scam.

My husband purchased some trainers for my birthday I am and have always been a size 5 and these are so small I can’t even put them on and walk, returns to Great Portland Street but advised on email I need to pay for the cost of them to be sent to the USA as per their returns as it’s a size issue not damage!
Nowhere on the website does it state this and they don’t send out of the UK so why do we have to send back to USA. A deferral tactic to not have them returned!
So disappointed

As per others' experience, this is a fraudulent website, selling fake, counterfeit products from China. This company states that they are a UK-based company when they are not. Instead they are selling counterfeit products at high street prices. I purchased a pair of 'New Balance 327' trainers from them. It was only after a delay with the dispatch that I discovered that the trainers were being shipped from China. When they arrived I realised that they are fake, counterfeit trainers and not a genuine brand. I tried calling the phone number on the website but it doesn't work. I contacted them via email and they responded by stating that if I am unhappy, I will need to pay for return shipping to the USA. They didn't deny that the product was counterfeit. On their website it clearly states that all returns are within the UK. I've reported this site to everyone I can to have have it closed down. I encourage you to do the same.

PS expect this to be nukes by trustpilot as these guys clearly invest in marketing. They are all over google shopping matches and are probably keeping an eye on this to report the negatives.
