FAKE,FAKEFAKE
The seller will only provide a full refund if I pay for the good to be sent to an address in the USA.
They claim this is their returns policy, but it is not the policy published on their website which states a return address in London and they pay for the postage if there is a problem with a product!!
The original packaging stated a return address in Cannock.
Would be good if they could make their minds up!! A bad experience with Golf Vitals. The shoes arrived very late. They were small, we wanted to exchange them and SURPRISE the shoes have to be shipped to a US address and obviously I have to cover the costs as they want. The website says absolutely nothing about the US only that they work in the UK. You have no chance to return anything back.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE …. counterfeit goods
I have only given 1* because I can’t give zero!!
Be warned - this company specialises in counterfeit products and policies that are not compliant with their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act.
I was taken in by a great price on Titleist ProV1x golf balls. I can now see why they were so cheap - THEY ARE FAKE!!
Everything about the ball is fake - the packaging, the colour of the balls, the dimple pattern, the dimple shapes, misaligned markings on the balls, the feel when hit with a putter….. The most compelling evidence - the lack of “mould ID markings” which Titleist impress into the surface of every ball. These marking identify the factory and the actual mould used to manufacture the balls and act as a way of Titleist tracing the balls and help in the identification of counterfeit copies.
The seller will only provide a full refund if I pay for the balls to be sent to an address in the USA.

Would be good if they could make their minds up!!!
I have given the company numerous opportunities to resolve this matter and comply with their legal obligations, but they just keep offering an escalating partial refund (20%,
30% and finally 40% and keep the balls) or for me to return the balls at my own expense!!
Why would I wish to keep and play with fake / counterfeit golf balls when I have a handicap of 3.3!!!
I could not supply the balls to anyone else, knowing they are counterfeit!!
I simply do not want these counterfeit balls!!
I have reported the company to Trading Standards, via the Citizens’s Advice Bureau Consumer Helpline. They confirmed that this company does not reside at or is not linked to their address on their website. They warned against returning any products to the address and they will be using the information.
SO BE WARNED - USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Website states returns to London but when you ask to return an item they advise it has to be sent to USA.
This website is a farce they sell…
This website is a farce they sell counterfeit items from china notice how every good review highlights the parcels taking too long but getting here and being genuine ? That is a huge lie this company is a front for scams do not purchase anything from golf vitals. Fake clothing fake shoes fake five star reviews fake fake fake
Unexpectedly good !
I ordered 24 Titleist pro v1X - this company was marginally less expensive. After I placed the order I read their reviews which are not great . I tried to cancel the order but was informed I was too late.
The product took 10 days to deliver.
I was apprehensive however the balls arrived and are clearly the real deal ( several reports suggested fakes)
Golf vitals needs to have more positive reviews before I would order again but overall satisfied
Do not buy from here
Do not buy from here. The goods are clearly counterfeit. I ordered New Balance trainers and can tell the difference very clearly to my genuine NB ones (bought direct from New balance).
Also their return process is not as stated on the website. On the website, it gives you a uk address to send back to. When I contacted them about returning as i was not happy with the item, I have been told that I have to return to the states which is clearly going to cost me a lot. They then offered me a discount to keep them!
I also still have the packaging the trainers came in, and the return postal address on there is also a Uk address, although different to the one on the website! I’ve looked up this address in companies house and it trades as YUNEXPRESS and is clearly chinese directors.
So please save yourself the hassle unless you are happy to have bad fake goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
They are selling fake trainers from China. They take weeks to arrive with fake Royal Mail tracking. When they arrive they will not fit you because the counterfeit trainers will be dodgy sizing, and not correct.
I rang the number on the website - doesn’t exist. The London address - doesn’t exist!
“Alexander” will give you a load of BS on email, and go round and round the houses without answering your questions. He’ll say to return you have to send them to the USA at your own expense or accept a 20% refund and to keep the trainers.
REPORT THIS COMPANY!!
My bank is currently investigating because there’s no way I’m accepting counterfeit trainers, and no way am I sending them to the USA at my own expense (probably to never receive the refund anyway).
I ONLY WISH ALL THESE REVIEWS WERE ON HERE BEFORE I ORDERED BECAUSE I NEVER EVER WOULD HAVE!
New balance Trainers
I ordered my new balance trainers from this company on 16/09. I sent them a chase email to their customer service team on 25/09 requesting an update on my order as I had still not received them, they emailed back promptly on 26/09 with an update, however at this point I had read so many negative reviews that I flew back an extremely stern email and told them I had read their reviews on trust pilot and would be escalating this further if I hadn't received my items in the very near future, I received my trainers today (27/09) and I'm extremely happy with them, I was skeptical that they were going to be counterfeit due to recent reviews, however the trainers are originals (I have other pairs from popular retailers) they do come with a tag that is in Chinese, however New Balance are produced in China.
Would I order from this company again? not if I was in a hurry, but they did deliver the goods, it just took longer than the company promised.
Counterfeit goods!!!
The trainers are counterfeit. They are likely drop shipping from China as delivery took ages. I’ve reported to my credit card company. Do not purchase from this company!!
Horrible Return Policy & Poor Customer Service
I ordered trainers from Golf Vitals, but they arrived too tight. When I asked about returning them, the response I received was very disappointing. I was told that although they shipped the size I ordered, it was my responsibility to return the trainers to a warehouse in the USA at my own expense, despite being a UK customer.
The only alternatives offered were:
Return at my own cost (international shipping), or
Accept a 20% partial refund and keep shoes that don’t fit.
This does not feel like fair or customer-friendly service. Other retailers usually offer straightforward returns, especially when sizing can vary. I would caution potential buyers to be aware of these policies before ordering.

Same story as everyone else on here
Purchased trainers ,fake tracking number,Alexander sending same email repeating themselves not actually answering my questions, purchased on 17th and no show ,will be disputing I'm glad I used.klarna for security as they are good at helping get your money back
Have went on to receiving my item and they are definitely counterfiet,I scanned the qr code and it dosnt exist ,does not take me to the new balance site to confirm authentication, also the stitching is terrible very uneven and also the box came smashed up and the paint on the soles have come of in parts ,avoid ! I have made a report
Reported website to National Cyber…
Update: Received the trainers by post today however they are not correct sizing (fit like a UK 4.5, I ordered a UK 6) and they are fake - NOT authentic New Balance brand.
Reported website to National Cyber Security Centre.
Buyer beware - you will be scammed out of your money. My story is the same as many others on here - purchased goods (trainers) -never arrived. Called the website contact mobile number - disconnected. Business address seemed fake. Sketchy Instagram page. Wish I’d checked this “business” out prior to purchase!
Selling fakes
Do not buy from here, they are selling fake ASICS from China. The shoe label is even in Mandarin!
I’ve raised this with them and their return address is apparently somewhere in New York State, not the London address on their website. They’ve offered me a discount to purchase another pair of shoes?? Avoid avoid avoid.
Dodgy Chinese fake asics
Bought my usual asics trainers size uk 8 and felt extremely tight! Why? They are dodgy Chinese seconds .. on genuine asics UK 8 is US 10 not 9! I can prove as older pair still have label intact! I have now got to see physio as tibs now injured …. And you will be paying the cost! Number also not in use! Reported as fraud to my bank
The UK returns address is a lie
The UK returns address on their website is bogus. When I contacted them to return shoes that were incorrectly sent as the wrong size they insisted they could only accept returns to the US warehouse and I would have to cover the cost of the return which is prohibitively expensive. I was offered a partial refund to keep the shoes which did not fit.
I ordered a pair of trainers on the…
I ordered a pair of trainers on the 17th of sept and was informed they’d arrive 5-8 days. They were for my partners bday on the 23rd of sept which should’ve been enough time but even still today on the 26th, they’ve still not arrived.
I think it’s appalling how company’s tell you a certain time frame but can’t manage to meet that.
I certainly won’t be ordering from golf vitals again.
Haven't received my order!! StAy AwAY !!!!!!
Haven't received my order. Provides tracking number thst royal mail haven't even received.
SCAM company. AVOID
We ordered our teenage son New Balance 9060s in size 10.5. We checked this several times as for some reason it kept changing to 3.5 when we went to checkout. It took almost 2 weeks for the trainers to arrive - in size 3.5! We contacted the 'company' for an exchange in the correct size, or, if the 10.5 were out of stock, we would like a refund. I accepted the return cost via Royal Mail, however, 'Alexander' in customer support emailed back saying the returns had to go to America and we would have to cover the cost! Errr... what? It states NOWHERE that the returns must go to the USA. In fact, the address on the website is 85 Great Portland Street, W1W 7LT (Go and have a little look at Companies House for all the businesses ever registered there).
After several back and forths via email, it's clear this absolute shyster is a complete scammer, out to rob people blind. We are now referring this to the bank and will be reporting it as fraudulent business. Having just seen that 40% of reviews on Trustpilot are saying similar things, I can only urge anybody contemplating using this website (I can't even call it a company because that implies it is actually legit and deals in proper business/customer service, when it most definitely is dodgy as hell) to steer clear! Avoid like the plague!!
SCAM -STAY AWAY
Scam - check reviews and you'll see the positive ones are fake, ordered trainers supposedly from London and live in London - its been 2 weeks and no contact. Tracking number is fake. Never arrived.
