Great customer service, prompt delivery, great quality of goods

I purchased a product of a 4 seater Rattan garden patio furniture set in July 2021, I had recently noticed, April 2023 that some of the UV/all-weather resistant rattan had split on the 2 seater sofa at the front making the seating further back to sag losing its shape. I contacted the company and told them I had purchased through Ebay, they found my order and offered to replace the seat base free of charge to which I am truly grateful for. Incredible customer service received.

I placed an order with Goods emporium late afternoon on Thursday. Got a phone call Saturday morning before 12 to say guy was at the door with my delivery. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to my family and friends.

We purchased a rattan garden furniture set in January 2022.
We purchased it for a garden decking project that was still someway off finishing and was left in the boxes it was delivered in until June 2022 so six months after it was delivered.
We assembled the furniture and we are extremely pleased with the product and quality and looks amazing on our decking.
However the set was supposed to come with a waterproof cover that should of been included in the original packaging but was missing. I contacted goods emporium to ask if I could purchase a cover for the furniture and received an instant reply from them apologising for the missing cover. They very kindly posted one out to me free of charge.
Overall I have been very impressed with the brilliant,friendly service provided.
Would highly recommend making a purchase from these guys they have been amazing in my opinion and certainly would purchase from them in the future.

Ordered Sunday afternoon and here Tuesday . Looks fantastic , love it .
One of the cushions had a small rip so notified them and replaced next day . Nothing a problem . Will certainly let my friends know about them .

This company is fantastic they keep you updated on delivery times the parcel arrives when it is expected in a well packed undamaged box the garden furniture is very good quality and simple to put together with everything you need included top marks thank you

I bought a beautiful rattan patio set which was very well packaged and am very happy with my purchase… I looked at many sets and what stood out was the the quality of the products and the 100% customer reviews! Bought a set of rattan garden furniture. Looks lovely on my new patio. Excellent service. Delivery was within 3 days of ordering. (Some companies are 3weeks!!?). Bonus was having a free rain cover.

Really pleased with our garden furniture! Looks really good on our new patio! I was let down by 2 previous suppliers with stock issues and delivery, found this set on Ebay with 100% feedback for Goods Imporium. Ordered on Monday evening and delivered to me on Wednesday! Cushions comfy and shower proof and free cover also included which was a bonus!

Garden furniture ordered with 3 day delivery 2 seater sofa and two armchairs arrived after 2 days flat packed and well packaged with plenty of packaging easy to put together within 1 to 2 hours and use very sturdy and comfortable to sit in with included cushions very pleased with the free protective cover that came with it no problems at all thank you.

Bought my daughter a hanging egg chair for her new home. She is thrilled with it. Product and service both excellent. In fact - it was so good - I went back to them the following week and bought one for my own garden.

An amazing company, that nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant communication and 5* delivery service. I was let down by another company which was horrible as the Egg chair was a birthday present and Goods Emporium came though, not only with an excellent item but also delivered it the same day so my daughter had her birthday present after all. Higher recommend this company.
