A truly appalling outfit. ‘Call and talk to one of our friendly experts’ - tried three separate numbers and left hanging on without a response.

This is a disgraceful firm. Avoid at all costs.

This company are a disgrace. I am now suffering health problems after dealings with them. The manager is a maupaltor who preys on vulnerable people. The company tells lies constantly and are totally dishonest. They are scavengers and harass and bombard you with calls late at night using withheld numbers. They took me to court but the judge was not fooled with there dirty tricks. Stay clear of these parasites

Been hounded by Goodwin Barrett on behalf of AMK legal and finally agreed to listen to what they said. In all fairness, I was prepared to pay the 40% plus VAT on any win, and no fee if not and proceeded to contract.
This is where it unravels.
They send u a 10 page contract and get u to open and sign it there and then. When I refused and said I wanted time to read it, they stated it only contains what was discussed and to sign it. They pressure and pressure to sign it.
I hung up and called back to raise concerns with a manager. Not convinced it was passed to a manager but just another teleservicing colleague who stated the same … ‘it only contains what we discussed with you so you should just sign it’
He went on to mention fees, cancellation period etx which I stopped him and stated no one had mentioned cancellation period so straight away there is something contained in the contract which wasn’t discussed.
I asked how to raise a DSAR request in order to get transcripts of calls to take to trading standards etx and terminated the call.
I then went to read contract to find it had been withdrawn and I can no longer view it. I wonder why.
I was still interested in potentially using this service to recoup funds and only ever wanted time to review the contract, something they weren’t prepared to give me.
Be wary, very wary, something wasn’t right with this process and the pressure put on to sign a document without reading it.

I AM AMAZED THAT I AM THE FIRST TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THESE SCAMMERS COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL TOOK ON A CLAIM FOR ME MIS SOLD MORTGAGE MONTHS BACK AND WAS GOING TO UPDATE ME WITHIN 4 WEEKS 6 WEEKS LATER I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM AND THEN THEY SEND A GENERIC REPLY BLAMING COVID FOR THE DELAY REALLY . I THINK THEY GATHER YOUR PRESONNAL INFO IN ORDER TO SEE IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN SCAVENGE A CLAIM FROM THEY LOOKED IN TO FINANCIAL PRODUCTS THAT I NEVER ASKED THEM TO 3 MONTHS LATER AFTER STRINGING ME ALONG THEY SAY OH SORRY A MISUNDERSTANDING NOT ON MY BEHALF OH WE DONT DEAL WITH MORTGAGES TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO REALISE THIS SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT USE THESE TIME WASTING I D I O T S
