Ordered xmas tree on line and a super tree, exactly what I would have chosen, arrived 5 days later. Good all round experience - ordering, great xmas tree and delivery.

Products were delivered later than expected & seemed to be sitting with DHL for 3 days?

When 2 x Cornis Oil were delivered they had leaked everywhere & were just put loose in a small DHL plastic bag, NO packaging whatsoever. The bag, delivery docket 2 bottles of oil & inside + outside of the bag were all covered in brown Cornis oil. The DHL driver also stated the oil had gone all over a box in his van so good luck to whoever receives that package.

I have contacted the supplier by email for rectification & I am awaiting their response?

Another order delivered with no problems, they had so many packets of bulbs and short on another, they refunded, I would have been happy with something of their choice. Really looking forward to spring when my garden will be an abundance of colour. Their website tells you all about the items you are looking for in detail, I will soon be back, Really pleased I found Cornwall Gardens, will be dropping in when we holiday in the Duchy. 5* all the way guys, "Asta la vista"

Due to the heavy traffic at the moment around the A30, I ordered garden vouchers on line for a birthday gift. I was advised by Simon that some stock was going to come from Goonhavern and some from Chacewater which may take a day extra to get to me. Such a pleasure to talk to someone who is genuinely interested in customer service. The vouchers came all safe and as promised. Thank you.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as I wished to purchase a gift voucher for a friend. She suggested I could buy a nation one or an own one. I chose the national but was a bit peeved to find I had to pay £2.95 postage when I could have purchased a National one at my local garden centre in London. The voucher came after 5 days.

The guy who delivered my items was extremely nice, pleasant. Great customer service 👍. I go to goonhavern when I can, but due to illness I struggle. It was so nice to get a delivery with a good service. Thank you so much
