Great staff, poor products.
Went to buy a bench and the quality of the first one was terrible.
Second one, some of the parts were put on wrong, so nuts would not fit.
3rd one, as we noticed putting it together had splits in some parts of the wood. At that point, we gave up and just put the rest together.
Would not buy furniture from there again.
Amazon it is in future.

Great item and so reasonably priced
Great item and so reasonably priced. Had previously bought these from a well known diy shop at nearly twice the cost. Arrived quickly and would definitely recommend them.

i ordered 7 seed trays that was all they had in stock only 6 got here but that,s ok they in good condition but the box that they come in was in a bad way porbs the delivery people, would buy again from Cornwall Garden Shop

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. When I emailed to query where my order was, I got an immediate reply (on a Sunday!) followed up by a phone call the next day. The problem was sorted straight away. Only awarding four stars as the order seemed to have 'got lost' somewhere along the way.
