I became a member by mistake, discovered it when my account was withdrawn. Contacted them and they promised to send the money back. Must say that is good treatment of customers.

I did not sign up for these products and tried to immediately cancel them when I realised that it was a contract and not a once-off purchase. Carmen and the Escalations Team assisted me by advising me of the best procedures to follow to get my issue resolved and promised to give me a refund of the monies deducted. I had the same experience as Sarah. I bought £9.50 worth of dish cloths on Facebook( never again!) and then discovered they were taking £38 from me twice a month. Foolishly I hadn’t noticed this until they had taken £204.
After many emails the money was gradually refunded over several weeks. I asked to see what I had ‘signed up’ to but whatever it was was obscure. I still don’t understand it. I have given them two stars because they did refund the money on 9th April but it was hard work!
This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I bought something from a different site, However, they signed me up to Go Perfume Hub on a repeat subscription.
I checked back through the payment process, and way below the process payment button there is a tick box saying you agree to be signed up. I had to scroll to find this.
I've reported the fraud to my card and trying to get my money back.
Be very careful.
EDIT: changed rating slightly due to their customer service which was quick. They cancelled my subscription immediately. I'm still waiting to hear back about initial refund. Will alter star rating up again if sorted.
However I still think it is quite underhanded with how it's snuck in via an alternative website.
FURTHER EDIT: never got a refund, but they signed me onto a different subscription and tried to charge me. My bank spotted it so I could block the payment but means I now need a new bank card.

FURTHER EDIT: I feel I need to give a further update as I'm sure there are a number of people who have removed their review after receiving emails from this lot. To put a bit of clarity on my experience. I had attempted to buy something from a different site. I then received a notification email from this lot saying they had taken a payment and set up a subscription. I immediately contacted them and they told me they had cancelled and I would get a refund. A week later another subscription was signed up without my permission. I contacted them again and reported the fraud via my bank.
I have been dogged by emails from them stating that I had not cancelled in their cancellation window and that it was my fault. They have offered me a refund on "good faith" as long as I remove my one star review. I have told them I would do this once they admit that they were the ones at fault. I have all emails and screenshots as proof which did allow for my bank to block any of their payments.
I have now recieved the same cut and paste email from them for the sixth time blaming me.
So I have decided to keep this review on here as I'm fairly confident (judging by the email) that it happens A LOT and think other need to be aware.
