Taking money from my account

Taking money from my account, I’ve never set up this account my banker trying to cancel it and I am trying to find out who these people are

Telephone number 01416736151 this is their telephone number but there was no one the other end obviously at the moment as a pensioner I am having money taken from my account without my permission and certainly without my knowledge and I don’t know what to do about it This was the second payment they have taken out the first one the bank investigated and blocked these people

however today they have taken more money from my account advice please
