I became a member by mistake, discovered it when my account was withdrawn. Contacted them and they promised to send the money back. Must say that is good treatment of customers.
The team is always helpful and attends to queries urgently. Their customer service is the best and they put people first, try them and you will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work team ;).

Money has been returned
Update:
I have not used any of their products but have given it a 3* coz the money has now been returned.
After an interaction with my bank, Goperfumehub has now credited my account with all the money that was taken since March 2024.
Not sure how they got my details, I suspect TEMU. Beware of these guys! They keep sucking money out of your account and thankfully my credit card provider noticed a pattern and warned me.
Also note that all the good reviews for this site, are by accounts who only have 1 review under their name. Stay cautious and don’t let them scam you.

SCAM
SCAM. They have been charging me £39.94 for the last four months and received nothing. Now talking to the bank to report this SCAM....
Update 3/7: They refunded the amount after follow up. Hence updating the rating to 3. Still we don't know what caused them to charge us.

BEWARE
My bank statement is showing that £40.04 has been paid to this outfit as a "card transaction" of which I have no knowledge. This has happened twice now. Bank and fraud authorities being informed.
