Really efficient service and very happy with my purchase

Ordered a well priced 4 wheel suitcase on their website. Unfortunately the 2 wheel version was delivered. I emailed the company that evening, and the next morning one of the Go Places staff called me to rectify the situation. They got the actual one delivered and collected the one I didn’t want. Such helpful, efficient service!

This was my second purchase of Samsonite cases. When I received my second order there was an issue with the case, I contact the company by phone and spoke to I believe Liam?
Liam asked me to supply him some images and replied promptly with an apology.
Issue was resolved in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend Go Places to anyone interested in making a purchase.

I had some queries about a product which were dealt with professionally and efficiently. I ended up placing my order a little after the cut off for next day delivery and they still managed to despatch same day.
