Fantastic with customer service
Fantastic with customer service. Wrong address got added to my shipment and I I was quite stressed with where it was and not hearing from the courier so I spammed goprimal with my questions and concerns. Quick to reply helpful with any information they could give me. Didn't feel like I was being ignored because it was a issue between me and the courier. Thank you again

Good products, below average customer service
Very happy with the product: the protein powders (strawberry and vanilla flavors) as well as the Vitamin D3. Been ordering for a while. But disappointed with customer service/correspondence. I was supposed to receive a deodorant in my last order (a gift promotion if you spent a certain amount) and it wasn't included. I wrote to customer service about it, but never received a response.
