I just bought your pre-workout and it was so wetty that it was clumpy. It is completely impossible to use it as a powder and I need to grind it every time I want to take it.

Hi Damian, sorry to hear about this, Preworkouts tent to clut if they are exposed to heat or sudden changes of temperature, but it shouldnt be that difficult to use. We are happy to change your pre-workout for another one, maybe that one had an issue. We normally dont get any complains about our products

Love the products and especially the fast way of the products to my home. I really love the protein with its tastes and texture. It's not only good for my post-workout-shake, but also for healthy baking. All of the supplements are my favorites, I nearly take all of them and especially the VitAssist is important for me, as a competition athlete, for taking care of my immune system.

Hi Joan, the address was always correct, you looked at the warehouse address instead of yours. Once we received your mail, the order was already delivered as we have a 24h policy. These reviews are very helpful for other people to know how good or bad the products are, so when you don't give us a 5 star review, other people think that our products are just average.
