Best products, great Customer care!!
I‘m using GoPrimal products since 2 years. Best supps on the market (in my case D3 and Omega3). Fast delivery. My last order last week took some time. I contacted GoPrimal. They responded very quick and appologized. The problem was an understaffed warehouse due Covid. They offered me an discount for my next order. Guys, realy great service! This is Customer care!

Curriers and warehouses are suffering from lockdowns and quarantine are forcing them to be understaffed, therefore human errors could happen.
We have sent the right products the same day you emailed us. The currier tried to deliver the products the very next day but your weren't at the indicated address, leaving the products in a pick up station. Email with tracking was sent the same day as well.
I can also see that our customer service have replied to you even during christmas and weekends every time you had a question or a demand. We put our effort on developing the best products and making sure our partners have all information and health/performance knowledge so they can communicate the right facts to their customers, this for us is our priority and how we build a healthier community, if 2 orders in many years were shipped slightly wrong, is due to an external human error, that we are not able to control 100% of the times.
We hope the products are providing 5 stars reviews to your customers.Which is what really matter for us, the health of every single person who take our products.

Dry skin disapeared.
Bying the Protection and performance Omega 3 was a good experience. My son has dry skin due to some general allergy. We ran out of stock and tried another product, after a few days the dryness returned. Finally we got hold of GoPrimal product and his dryness disapeared. Super. And no fishy burps.

Opps I got it wrong!!!!
My original feedback below, which was an incorrect assumption on my part.
"I haven't actually received my product as of yet. I did receive a note from Royal Mail saying there was additional payment required, but I have tried to pay but the site is not a trusted site, so I cant actually pay the extra payment? So I still have not received my last order."
Quick edit .... I have used Go Primal for several purchases and find the products first class. The above was a reflection of a misunderstanding on my part as I had received "scam" messages regarding additional payment required. As I was waiting on my order I thought it was for this. I was wrong and apologise. Thank you for your quick and prompt response and I look forward to my next batch of Supps landing soon!!! Thank you again!!!

HI Scot, sorry for the inconvenience. Since Brexit all shipments coming from Europe to UK are having to pay taxes at the british boarder. This is not something we can change as its a UK tax.
We are now contacting the currier to know if the Royal Mail link you got can be trusted and how to proceed. Could you send us the link by mail so we can also check.

Really like the products! The quality is very good and I can feel the benefits.
Website can be a little glitchy when ordering but seems to be improving. Have order 3 or 4 times now. Maybe a monthly order replenishment option would be good? On an automatic payment style so I don't have to manually order every month??
