HI Emma, I think we never said the package was delivered, just that it was in delivery. As we told you on the phone when you call(probably not many online companies will offer tl assistance) we told you that the currier told us they were delivering yesterday, as you told me the package wasnt delivered, we called them and gave your number. According to them they will call you when the currier is around your area.
As I told you before, they tried a few times to deliver it and couldn't reach you. We call you informed you and arrange another day.
As I also told you our warehouse give the packages to the delivery companies and at that point is pretty much impossible for us to control what they do, specially during c19 times with many restrictions.
As you can see in many of our reviews, delivery and service is always top notch. We dont believe de deserve a 1 star review for our service, as we have been on top of your shipment, since the moment you chat to manually update the reward points and called us as well later on.
Fast delivery!
Second order was an example of a perfect and fast service, thank you GoPrimal, made it all good!

Hi Koen, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for not getting enough information about the shipments. We do send an automatic email with the tracking ID, maybe it went to your spam. Also we try to deliver in less than 3 days but current c19 + Brexit situation is collapsing the EU logistics.
I am not really getting what you mean about the deodorant, could you explain please.

Fast shipping and great products, as usual!
This is the second time ordering from GoPrimal, and it was as easy (and shipping was as fast) as before! Love their products, and I genuinely feel and see the difference when I don't take their vitamin D and omega-3 capsules. Hope they'll offer more supplements soon, too! 10/10 would recommend!

Ik heb tot op heden mijn bestelde producten niet ontvangen. Dus over de producten zelf kan ik mijn mening nog niet geven. De levering is nu tot 3 keer uitgesteld.
Thnx for the response...the only reason i can’t experience the products is that they weren’t delivered...you can’t put this on the Customer....i find your response strange and offensive!!!! Not cool!!
Why are you so defensive? Not very professional! You are sending e-mails with the request to place a review. Im telling you i can’t share my experience because i havent received the products yet. Im not critesizing your service...and it’s your business partner which is still figuering out when they can deliver My order. Im just sitting here waiting for your products and have no kind of influence in the order proces and Delivery proces. Per haps you can reread My review.....just a tip: ask for a review when you are sure that your Customer has received the products and has had time enough to experience them...im just irritated and frustrated that your Delivery party has prosponed My order 3 times!

This order was shipped the next day you placed an order the 2nd, as 1st of Jan was a day off. Currier had tried to deliver the products 3 times and they haven't been able to deliver it for different reasons.
