Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company . I asked to cancel.. with they did, then a couple weeks later I had an email from them saying they would refund the £2.52 only if I gave them a 5 star review what the actual f**c. I honestly couldn't care about 2.52 but to say they would only pay the refund after a left a good review.. absolutely disgusting.

Keep getting charged even though I have request subcription to be stopped over a month ago.
I am suppose to right a review....I wish it was postive. My experience as been nothing but disapointing, not sure how I ended up a member, but charges were coming from my bank account. I contacted Goprogardens to help get this stoppped. Account was cancelled. They seemed helpful at the start. Got charged again today, contacted my own bank and said they were clever charges taken out from 1min after midnight, cancellation letter arrived in my email at 3am.
I addtional charged 7.25 arrived I assuming it must be my cancellation fee to a subscription I should never been charged for in the first place. The funds shoild be returned to my bank account and should not have to write a positive review when the experience has not been. They have contacted us and will only refund if I take down my review down.
