Awful experience with this company . I asked to cancel.. with they did, then a couple weeks later I had an email from them saying they would refund the £2.52 only if I gave them a 5 star review what the actual f**c. I honestly couldn't care about 2.52 but to say they would only pay the refund after a left a good review.. absolutely disgusting.

We appreciate the way Jeremy treated our problem. He was very eager to help us, made efforts to help us, and even called to explain what needed to be done.

She contacted us herself to help us with our order.

I found this company great to deal with and their customer service is brilliant.

I am suppose to right a review....I wish it was postive. My experience as been nothing but disapointing, not sure how I ended up a member, but charges were coming from my bank account. I contacted Goprogardens to help get this stoppped. Account was cancelled. They seemed helpful at the start. Got charged again today, contacted my own bank and said they were clever charges taken out from 1min after midnight, cancellation letter arrived in my email at 3am.
I addtional charged 7.25 arrived I assuming it must be my cancellation fee to a subscription I should never been charged for in the first place. The funds shoild be returned to my bank account and should not have to write a positive review when the experience has not been. They have contacted us and will only refund if I take down my review down.

The support team was helpful and resolved my issue

They attended to my questions immediately and their customer service is really good and they have also explained the terms and conditions clearly.Online chat is superb

I ended up on their account, how I don't know but it was very quickly rectified

I want to give an honest opinion. Im a 61years old woman who is challenged by techonology and how some things work. My grand daughter used my phone, inserted my details without my knowledge. I only saw transections and didnt understand why.

I appreciate the fact that my concern was attended to without delay and am greatly impressed about the constant community to assure me. Thank you for treating me with respect, it truly means a lot to me.
