I've been waiting months for my refund…
I've been waiting months for my refund and still nothing. The manager who sent me this link wants me to write a honest review well here it is. I'm not a happy customer fat from it until I get my refund then l will be a happy camper. I was dooped money that I couldn't afford to lose,by a totally accidental sign in into their app l didn't even know l had I think back in March 2024 approximately.
Scammers
Money was taken twice from my card after making a purchase through their FB ad, as well as a subscription. I complained to this company, wanted to unsuscribe, but in end, I needed to cancel my card as these scammers do not care. Its been half a year now. No item has been received despite me paying and having been covertly forced into subscription to their membership which I never wanted! And this is what they sent me just now:
"Your request (3930137) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email
this review is consided as a negative review, kidly edit the review to a positive one like bob assisted you and aslo change the stars to aleast 4/5 and i will go ahead"
So they only agreed to refund if I gave them a good review. Therefore positive reviews here should not be trusted as clearly the company is not above what in my opinion is blackmail.
