Great service with easy pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend over the bigger companies who will always try and charge excessive fees for insurance.

Highly recommend

All paid for before we arrived. No upselling or crap you have to deal with other car rental companies. Allowed us to add a driver for free on arrival also.

Ignore the other "big" sheister companies and go with Manos and gorent.gr if you travel to crete

Communication with company was very easy and responses were very quick. Manolis met us at Heraklion airport upon our arrival and the transfer of paper work and car went very smoothly. Upon our departure, Manolis also met us at the port right on time. Our overall experience dealing with Go Rent A Car was wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Everything worked, no problems

Renting a car from Go Rent a Car was very easy. We were met at Heraklion Airport by a friendly company guy. Our hire car was better than advertised. No hidden charges or complications. Rental was less expensive than the bigger competitors. I would definitely recommend Go Rent a Car and will use them if we return to Crete.

This was my second time hiring a car on Crete and decided again for "go rent a car". The experience hasn't changed: you arrive at Iraklio airport and instead of queuing are picked up with a sign and directly walked to the car. In no more than 5 minutes you are off! Similarly uncomplicated is the return: just leave the car at the parking lot, and put the key in a box at the entrance to the parking lot.
The car was in good shape too and managed the partially bad roads well.

There are cars for all pockets, and even if you want a bigger car with more confort, the price remains accessible.

Helpful, convenient, honest, friendly. Fully comp insurance policy means you don’t need to spend your holiday worrying about the tiniest scratch to the paintwork.

Everything was very good regarding the car hire. My only complaint was that they gave us a stick on sat nav from the late 90's which was rubbish. We couldn't see the screen in the Cretan sunlight and all that the irritating voice ever said was 'you are exceeding the speed limit'. Otherwise, Go Rent a Car were excellent
