Fair prices, fast & friendly service, nice car
We had a great experience renting a car from Go Rent a Car.
I will definitely rent from them again next time I visit Crete.
Every aspect of this rental was better than our experience
renting from another company when we visited Crete last year.
The price was very fair. We paid approximately the same
price that we paid the other company last year but the car we
got from Go Rent a Car was MUCH better in every way—
larger, cleaner (relatively new) and running perfectly. We got
exactly the model that we reserved (Fiat Tipo).
The service was fast and easy. They met us at the airport,
walked with us to our car, and we were driving away in less
than five minutes after leaving the terminal. Returning the car was
equally fast and easy...their representative was waiting for us at the departure area at the airport. We gave him the car key and entered
the terminal to check in. Fast, efficient, friendly service.

Very responsive to all queries before finalizing the rental. All paper work was done prior to arrival. We were met at the airport and in a very short time we were in our cars and away on our trip. No problem with any of the cars - we rented 3. I have no hesitation in recommending Go Rent a Car to anyone.

The handing over of the car was very comfortable.
The handing over of the car was very comfortable. He was waiting for as at the arrival hall and he was very patient even though we were delayed because my luggage got lost. The drop of was straight forward and flexible in time.
