I placed an order in May and am still…

I placed an order in May and am still waiting for it. I have been told it’s on its way but the item is still showing on tracking as being in exactly the same place. I’ve asked for a refund but have been told that I have to wait for delivery to refuse it. This is very poor service.

Terrible- won't be buying again

Terrible- would never buy again from this company. Ordered something at the end of May and am still waiting for it. Asked for a refund only to be told its been dispatched and refund can't be given. They replied quickly to tell me it was a customs issue and would be sorted soon but I've heard that twice now. Wasted my money with this company. They offered a discount on a future purchase which is of no use to me as I won't be buying from them again.

Very bad service

I ordered a single hyperextension bench…

I ordered a single hyperextension bench over a month ago and have still not received it,emailed the company twice and all they could do was offer 10% refund (6.99).I will be emailing them again this week for a full refund,would never recommend or use this company again,just not good enough.

Five Stars Earned!

I could be writing a much different review, but I feel five stars have been more than earned by the absolute care and respect we have received from Lance. I placed an order for my son’s 18th birthday and as it unfortunately took longer to arrive than the time I estimated, Lance has followed up closely, messaging me many times with updates and taking care of everything to make sure we had a good experience with Gorilla in spite of some logistic issues. I am sure Gorilla sports is on its way to become a massive UK brand for sports equipment due the personal customer care and also the product is of excellent quality and monetary value. I’m slowly building my home gym and it will certainly be a Gorilla gym.
I wish Lance and his team the best and recommend to all who are looking for good equipment and value for money with excellent customer care.

The product itself is ok

The product itself is ok. It arrived and was cosmetically damage. I contacted the company and was given a 10% refund which I was happy with. My issue is that I have received an email every single day telling me my order has been dispatched. It arrived 3 weeks ago! I’ve reported it to the company many times. Everyone telling me they’ll sort it but nothing happens. I appreciate its relatively minor but it’s very annoying.

The product is brilliant but the wait…

The product is brilliant but the wait for delivery is still taking far to long. I appreciate that import procedures need to be followed.

Delivery slower than expected

Delivery slower than expected. Maybe out of companies hand but could have done with an update. Had to message to get an update on order status.

couriers they use need to be changed

Well received the order today two parts of it missing..the box had obviously been tampered with and they were gone.I used PayPal and have put a complaint in with them......update to be fair its the courier company thats obviously at fault here Lance the CEO has been more than helpful

Well the discs ended up cancelled

Well the discs ended up cancelled. But still awaiting the weight bar so far everything I have ordered has not arrived. Did get my money back fir the discs looks like will have to ask for the money fir the weight bar too as 2 months now since I ordered

wall mounted cable rowing machine

I bought the wall mounted cable row machine. It’s well made and very smooth in use. I am delighted with it. If I would recommend a change it would be the wall bolts which are supplied as expansion bolts. The thread is 10mm dia and the hole in the steel plates 12mm dia but the expansion body 14mm. The fixings need to be installed in the holes wound up to solid then the nuts removed and the frame threaded over the projecting threads. This is a bit of a faf as you need to coordinate the placement of the frame holes over eight threads. I would rather have used a heavy duty nylon plug and screw similar to bathroom sink fixings. Just a suggestion.
