After posting my review of Gorilla sports 2days ago stating that
I was very disappointed with their delivery & customer service I was almost immediately sent a very helpful reply from Lance at GS who said he would make sure that this problem was resolved .
He has completely been true to his word and got everything sorted for me for which I am very grateful and very impressed.
Also I should add that the help team have also been in touch with me very promptly wanting to resolve the situation also.
My items have apparently been lost in transit and they are replacing everything ASAP
I believe in giving great feedback when you get such a good solid response from a company .

I placed an order in January for an item which was due in stock in early March. I have paid for the item but am still waiting for it to arrive, still waiting for delivery confirmation, and still waiting for any response from the Gorilla Sports customer support team. The Gorilla Sports telephone number listed on Amazon Pay receipt appears no longer registered with Gorilla Sports (same as the telephone number which appears when you Google the company), and they are not responding to email.
This is the 3rd or 4th order which I have placed with GS in the past 3 years, and although there were delays with every order, this is by far the worst experience I've had with them to date (and certainly worse than any gym equipment supplier). Zero response, zero management of expectations, no updates, nothing. Yes Brexit had an impact a while ago, yes supply chain issues and covid more recently. But that is no excuse for terrible customer service and communication with your customers.
Update:
The new Gorilla Sports CEO, Lance, reached out to me very promptly following my review here, provided me with his own personal contact details, and promised to look into the situation immediately. Which he did, and he informed me that supply chain issues had impacted steel products (and so caused order delays, which I know have impacted many, many companies and industries, and were not within the control of GS). The poor customer service I received initially (before Lance became CEO) has been blown out of the water by Lance; he was incredibly helpful, communicated with me promptly and often, and responded to any queries I had very, very quickly. Thank you, Lance, for all of your help, it is hugely appreciated. I will wait for the new stock to arrive, and place another order with you - still a happy customer!

Got sent lots of tracking numbers one shown as delivered which is correct others are not recognised. Unable to speak to anyone as long contact is via email

Since this last post I was contacted personally by Lance
The issue was resolved and cannot thank him for taking ownership of the problem. He was polite and managed my expectations
Explained all the issues and kept me updated until the issue was resolved
I know the company is having issues with deliveries which has been recognised and they are now trying to sort this
I’ve now received all the items which are of great quality

Appalling deliver times and customer service
I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my order now - I’ve received 3 out of 4 packages with the final one missing. I have been in touch with customer services several times, to be fair they did place a new order for my missing package but this new order is also nowhere to be seen and customer service have stopped responding to my emails. So I’ve paid for an order that hasn’t been fulfilled and no one is doing anything about it.

Unable to fulfil my complete order as they didn’t deliver all components, after contacting them I didn’t receive a reply but instead got another email from DHL saying another order had been dispatched.
A further week has gone by and the DHL tracking hasn’t worked yet and have not received any response from them
Update: Since I had posted this review, the CEO got in touch with me to try and remedy the issues. Providing prompt updates when asked. Although I ultimately didn’t receive an update from the customer service team, the CEO advised that he is working to make changes that will help improve delivery times in the near future.

Ordered their ‘universal work station’…
Ordered their ‘universal work station’ over 2 weeks ago (says allow 14 days for delivery which I allowed) to then only receive 5 out of the 6 packages containing my order, the 6th missing package conveniently has all the main components for the bench assembly in it. This now renders my order completely useless for another “2 weeks”. No offer of express delivery or any form of compensation for what I solely their cock up. Would have spent my money elsewhere if I knew it would take a whole month before I could even use it 👎🏼

Absolutely shocking customer service
Edit, got my refund the same day as this review. Got the gloves today, 2 months after ordering. I've revised my review to 4 stars as I did get an apology and a refund plus the gloves. The gloves are lovely quality too. Just be warned that shipping times are very long and updates aren't accurate. But I appreciate the company trying to make it right with me and thank them for it.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Nearly a month after making the order before they acknowledged payment and dispatched my gloves. In this time I emailed three times to ask where they were and tell them that payment had not been taken. Each time I was told no, i am wrong, they have received the payment, even though it hadnt left my bank, and that they are at customs. My last contact was a week ago when i asked to cancel the order and was told no because it was apparently already on route to me.Then lo and behold, payment confirmation came through yesterday and a dispatch notification today. So nearly a month of lies, utter refusal to cancel the order that they clearly could have cancelled and then told on the dispatch email thats its gonna be another minimum of 2 weeks to get the gloves and won't even be here to receive them as I am away. I've not had a single apology and they don't seem to acknowledge how poor this is. And in the meantime my hands are shredded up from no gloves. Buyer beware because I'd never use them again for anything!

3 months no equipment
I waited 3 months to get my order, no apology from gorilla sports, no communication from gorilla sports. The only reason I got it was off the back of this review. 2 stars because equipment is decent when it arrives.
I ordered items on pre order in November got an email on 15/12/21 stating i would get tracking info in 7-10 days. I heard nothing so chased in January then got an email stating my order was with DHL waited 2 days still no info on the DHL website. In response to this review gorilla sports messaged me personally to say the order (60kg of wieghts) had been lost but was found and still gave no delivery dates! If my order was lost why didn't someone contact me!

Slow delivery and terrible customer service.
I still haven't even received an update as to where the item is? It was ordered before Christmas and is now 17th of January. When I emailed asking for an update they said just be patient without revealing where the item is or how long it would be. Amateur hour customer service and terrible delivery. Will never buy from this seller again, just an awful experience.
