I WOULD OF PREVIOUSLY GIVEN THIS COMPANY FIVE STARS, AS HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER TWO YEARS WITH NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER LAST WEEK, TO ARRANGE USUAL COLLECTION FOR MONDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2024. HE HASN'T SHOWED UP, TEXTED OR MADE ANY CONTACT , AS TO WHY HE NEVER CAME.
I FIND THIS VERY UPSETTING, AS WE FEEL THAT WE HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO MAKE HIM ACT This WAY,AND TOTALLY STONE WALL US.
IF HE HAS TO INCREASE HIS PRICES, THAT WOULDN'T OF BOTHERED US. BUT TO REFUSE TO MAKE ANY CONTACT, AND NOT OFFER AN EXPLANATION, IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

3rd time I have used Go Rubbish Romovals, contacted them last night and had a pick up arranged for today, sent me a message advising when they we're going to be here and then a fast efficient service, can praise them enough, excellent company with excellent staff

If you require rubbish to be removed look no further than Go Rubbish Removal, sent photos of garden waste on Monday night, swift reply via WhatsApp with quote, arranged convenient date and all rubbish removed this morning. Prices are fab compared to other quotes, other companies suggested I should hire a skip !! Will be definitely using them again very soon, thanks again

I started trying to demolish my old dilapidated shed on Sunday and quickly realised it wasn't something I could do on my own. A quick Google search led me to Go Rubbish Removals and I contacted them via WhatsApp. Within 15 minutes Niki had responded, given me a quote, and was organising a day for the removal.
They just arrived and within another 15 minutes, the old shed had been removed. The process has been smooth and efficient from the beginning.
I admit I was a bit hesitant at first because I had to pay by bank transfer which meant I had to pay in full by 8 am the day of the removal and I'm always hesitant to pay for works like this in advance but I went with my gut and I'm so pleased I did!
I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks, Niki and team!

Update: Just to clarify, the comment about payment wasn't a complaint at all!
It was my choice to pay via bank transfer and not pay cash on the day. I just wanted others to know that it went swimmingly in case they were like me and a bit hesitant to go that route! :)

This was my first time using this company and I can't recommend them enough. Great value for money, SEPA registered, very good communication, and came to pick up at a time that suited me. They had a mechanical issue with one of their vans but texted the day before to say they might be a bit delayed, however they weren't late in the end. I will definitely be using this company again!

This is the first time we have used the services offered by Go Rubbish and the company was recommended to us by a neighbour. From the time we contacted Niki, until Colin and Robert collected the rubbish, it was a very friendly and professional experience. We needed to be assured that the company we chose to take away the rubbish, would not simply dump it elsewhere. With Go Rubbish, there were no such concerns as they are SEPA registered. I needed the two bedroom flat of a serious hoarder cleared and cleaned quickly . I contacted Niki who viewed the job and gave me an instant , very competitive quote. The team who came to do the job were very hard working and efficient and had the whole flat cleared by the end of the day . Got Go Rubbish to clear a yard that last tenant left a mess never seen the yard so clean in years no messing about with these guys were in and cleaned up yard and removed all rubbish in quick time would highly recommend and I know that my rubbish isn’t getting dumped in some lay-by nearby

I really needed help to have my old sofa uplifted super quick, when my new sofa delivery happened at short notice. I contacted Niki and she arranged a collection at short notice. The lads were supposed to collect in the afternoon, but came earlier - 1.5 hrs before my new sofa. Brilliant timing. Brilliant service. Super polite and professional. Called Niki and got a super competitive quote within minutes of sending photos. Very friendly and efficient staff came the next day at a time which suited us - very polite, professional and clean job. Have already booked for next week for a full kitchen strip out. Would definitely recommend.
