Ordered over a month ago and nothing is here. Scam!

This company is garbage do not buy anything from them.

I placed an order 29 days ago. And they still have no idea where it is. Or when it will be delivered. When asking for a refund they say it's in transit

This is 100% a scam site. Stay AWAY from this.
First of all when i was checking out it was one price of like 50 dollars, they charged me 68 dollars. Contacted their support and wanted a full refund which it says they have on the webpage. They said it was an error in their system somehow and will send me back the 18 dollar difference back and will proceed with the order, which i havent even gotten a order number for.
I emailed back 3 minutes after stating that i wanted a full refund and cancel my order since they could've never sent it yet. 0 answers. I had to block my card that i was using and have reported this site to american fraud something (cant remember) which stated that this site is an organized crime gang that will most likely sell all my personal information like name, email, credit card number etc for more frauds.

oh and btw, all of the 4 or 5 stars here are fake, made by them thru bots.

Bought a pair of car door lights with the Audi logo ??,but instead I received the door lights with wing light instead tried to contact they via email they asked for photos of package sent them heard nothing the item is not what i purchased extremely disappointed in there customer service 0 out of 10 🤬

Bought a projector from this lot. Stated that it could connect to phone. It has no Bluetooth, you have to download some suspicious software and it still doesn't connect tirelessly. It also doesn't connect via USB either. Avoid, total scam.

SCAMMERS. I payed even more to have the order faster and they just ignored me and didn’t send me anything at all.

This site is a complete scam ordered items and paid for haven’t received any items yet after 2 months and don’t expect to receive them now.

Do not order from this company. They will cheat you and they don't care. I ordered special lights for my car doors. When I received them they were the wrong lights. When I contacted the company I was told there was nothing they could do about it and only offered a $2.00 refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE ASS COMPANY AND ALSO THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALSO BS . I ORDERED WALKING SHOES AND WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE AND WAS TOLD THATS WHAT I ORDERED SHOWING ME A COPY OF MY CORRECT ORDER. SAVE YOURSELF THE ANGST AND MONEY. And don't think that because they advertise on Amazon they're legit. Shame on Amazon for allowing this to go on.

On the 13th September I ordered a pair of shoes after nievly believing their Facebook adverting blub first mistake used PayPal pay in 4 as I've had ok results with PayPal over the last 30 years and thought if it's a scam I'll get my money back. I've been fighting to get refunded since October I ordered a pair of size 23 men's shoes from gotosleeps.com when they arrived I immediately thought they look small under closer inspection they sent me a pair of size 9 I replied with a polite letter to the Company and basically got fobbed off the said we'll give you $13.00 dollars I'm thinking I paid $70.00 for them with exchange rates. I them thought I'm going to get my money back through PayPal this has been going on since late October 2024 it's Nov 11th 2024 an still nothing they asked for photographic proof which I supplied to both PayPal and gotosleeps.com I'm still waiting. Gotosleeps is a drop shipping company so they take your money and the supplier in China sends the shoes. Gotosleeps.com has wipped their hands of the case. I'm now dealing with the Chinese supplier and they've asked me to ship the shoes back at my cost which I said to PayPal is unacceptable the Chinese company has breached it's contract I've been waiting to hear from PayPal and am not holding out they'll repay me very dad as I've been a PayPal customer for 30 years in business and privately the crux of the storey is please don't buy from gotosleeps.com if they get your size wrong your out of pocket these shoes are available on AliExpress for cheaper and the AliExpress money back guarantee is better I've dealt with PayPal now and am very skeptical of their refund service and the main culprit gotosleeps.com are a bad business if they make a mistake you'll never get your money back buy them direct from AliExpress better service and if they make a mistake you get your money back

Do not order from this company. I repeat do not order from this company. I ordered some car door bumpers for a Mercedes and received the items blank. Advised them and all that was stated was “checked with our warehouse and it aligns so we can offer you $2. Products and false advertising doesn’t ALIGN!

For this company i have ZERO STARS...ZERO STARS...ZERO STARS...I am really upset and disappointed with this company and they are fake and scum..I have order for Toyota Crown 8 door cups and protectors with a images on all of them Toyota sign but when they came to my address they were all of them blind ones..video show to us beautiful door cups with sign with a car which we have and that is only reason why I had order...but blind ones i don't needed...they are for garbage only...and a company is garbage also...I recomended to everyone try to avoid any order from this company,they are FAKEEEEEE

This company OVERCHARGED my credit card. And then, they sent US size 8 shoes, when my order was for US size 9.5 These people NEVER responded to ANY of my emails and my request for cancellation and a FULL refund. These people are SCAMSTERS and FRAUDSTERS. Nobody should buy ANYTHING from these FRAUDS,

Wrong product sent, item does not even fit on 2025 Santa Fe, ended paying $34USD with shipping, no return possibility offered. Their resolution compensation options were $2 and $5USD. Good communications with no results. Avoid at all cost. BIG SCAM!

For starters, they claim 5-7 day shipping while my purchase took 18 days to arrive. Very shady tracking as well. The tracking number provided showed the package coming from Portugal but arrived with a US return address and had been mailed via USPS. Packaging was a joke, but they’re just sneakers, so it doesn’t matter really. Sneakers supposed to be size 12 and I couldn’t get my foot in them. Felt more like a 10. Quality of shoes was also a joke. Nothing like advertised. Even if they had fit, I wouldn’t have worn them. When I emailed customer support and told them my concerns, I was offered a refund of $7 for my trouble. $7!, after I spent almost $60 on these lousy shoes. When I demanded a full refund, they told me I would be responsible for shipping back to China (even though original package came from US), so they increased the offer to $11. Honestly wasn’t worth fighting anymore, so I took their refund and I’ll donate these horrible shoes to a homeless shelter. They’re slightly better than going barefoot, I guess.

This product brings convenience and style together, proving useful in enhancing both decor and photography experience.

Product arrived as expected but size of shoe was a size 9 not 11 as ordered, but they said they supplied as per order.
I sent photos but they still insisted that they had supplied the correct product.

DON'T USE THESE SUPPLIERS. THEY ARE SHARKS

I ordered Mini Cooper branded door protectors and got blank ones. They claim that it's what I ordered and I sent them a screen shot of my order that was VERY clear that they were Mini branded. But they still refuse. They suggested that I give them to someone else because it's a good product and they sell a lot of them. I wouldn't order from this company again. They will send you what you DIDN'T order and tell you that you're wrong.

They send out the wrong size and then tell you it is what you ordered when it isn’t. They then tell you to give them to someone whom they would fit!!
They are con artists and I would highly recommend that you DO NOT!! purchase anything from them!!!!!!
