I ordered shoes. They sent the same size 43 that others gave complained about instead of the size ordered. They refuse to admit a mistake and offered $9 back if difficult criteria are met.
A SCAM. Do not deal with these thieves.

Sent wrong size shoe. Order size nine wide fit got a size seven or eight no size on shoe. They say they sent the right size won’t fix problem

I ordered BMW Embossed door cups and protectors and received blank ones. I contacted customer service and told them the situation and was told I was sent what I ordered. After sending them pictures of my ACTUAL order, they still told me that I received what I had ordered, like I'm an idiot and didn't know what I had ordered. They then offered me $3 refund... then a whopping $5 refund! WOW!! They clearly didn't actually have the item they were advertising online which is FALSE ADVERTISING and ILLEGAL!! I will be reporting this company as fake and a scam company to the Better Business Bureau. This is just how much they have pissed me off!!

Get this one. I ordered a Size US 13 shoe from these bozos. I received a size EUR 43. I doublechecked my order to confirm I had not made a mistake. I contacted customer service. They offered me $9US and offered that I could keep the shoe. (I paid $25US) They refused to send me the right size shoe stating that if I did that I would have to pay to return the first pair to China.

This is a dishonest company I ordered shoes and they sent wrong size when I contacted them they offered a 3.00 dollar us refund and told me it would cost me to return to China even though their advert said made in USA,also said full refund up to 15 days another lie also suggested I give the shoes to someone else

scam company, they send you chinese crap shoes of the wrong size and they say they are made in uisa and in gore-tex, then they ignore requests of refund , i opened a case with paypal.

You can not rely on the satisfaction guarantees made for full refund. All i ever got was low ball repayments. I paid $36.00 for shoe that was wrong size and they say give to donate and they refund funds $9.00 for my inconvenience. Do you believe that. All I want is my money was GUARANTEED!! THEY ARE A SHAM AND SCAMMERY!!

You guys!! Lie, Cheat & steal. They don’t send you what you buy, I’ve been going back in forth by email only. You don’t get to talk to someone. They won’t send you the correct one or refund your money you paid them. Be careful!!

Wrong size shoes delivered, refused to accept mistake, was offered 3 dollars compensation, avoid this company

I ordered size 10 US (Canada) and recieved a size 42. These are not size 42. They are a full 3-1/2cm smaller than my size 43 shoes. I requested a refund and asked how they would like the shoes returned. They said the shoes were the correct size and if they didn't fit I should give them to a friend.

I've purchased 2 shoes size 12.5us and I Recieved 2 shoes size 9.
They offer 20%refund
I refused that offer
I felt was scammed that they didn't have the sizes but they send it anyway.
Since I'm at Australia
I had go thru PayPal and raise an dispute.
It matter of principle that how they allow to practice that way

My review is “Zero stars”. But I had to do one star to write this. I ordered shoes size men’s 12 . I received a pair that was way too small. I contacted gotosleeps to let them know and the scam started.
Gotosleeps refuses to refund my money and they won’t send me the correct shoes unless I ship the wrong shoes they sent me back to China somewhere. That is a huge scam. Then they start offering $6. As a resolution to the issue. So basically gotosleeps is ripping off customers.
My serious very strong advise is to never order from scam companies like GOTOSLEEPS. Avoid them

1 star is 1 star too many.

Where to start?
- charged higher amount than invoice / receipt shows
- delivery took ages
- wrong item sent (shoes several sizes too small)
- goods of questionable quality
- website claimed Gore-tex, but it seems highly unlikely
- promised free gift not included
- evasive, deflective customer service, offering paltry compensation but no option for refund
- website mentions 100% satisfaction guarantee, that's clearly a lie.

The whole thing feels like a scam, deliberately sending low-value goods in unpopular sizes then avoiding refund / return; offering paltry compensation still leaves them quids in.

This gadget took a while to arrive, around two weeks. Packaging felt secure, but the design is a bit bulky. Quality seems decent, works as expected. Price is reasonable, though faster shipping would improve the experience significantly. Overall, a satisfactory purchase with room for enhancement.

The product was not as advertised - no instructions either

This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes size 10.5 UK. What arrived was the same shoe as advertised but probably a size 5 or 6. When I emailed the company they said I should "gift" the shoes to someone as they checked the photograph of the packaging which I had sent them, and they claimed that they sent me the correct size. They then offered me $2 in compensation, which after a further email of complaint went up to $3. Stay away from these con artists!

5 weeks later, size 8 shoes arrived.
Emailed them & sent all the info they require.
They have told me to offer them to friends or family & offered 6 US DOLLARS IN REFUND.

Looks like I found the wrong sized shoe club. They are shipping out the unpopular size, mens smaller shoe sizes, from an overstock bin. They don't even check the size on your order. They just grab whatever is in too if the pile and that is what you get. These are all overstock, they are unpopular shoe sizes, they don't even have the size yolu ordered, it's just stuff they have too much of and have to get rid of

They tell you it will ship from the US, it isn't, it's shipped from a warehouse overseas. It wasn't
manufactured in the US as advertized, it is junk merchandise they misrepresent and a random undersold size.
