Order three pair of shoes US size 12. Paid for rush shipping. Arrived after three plus weeks and each pair was an US 8 1/2. I filed a complaint through PayPal in which an agreement was reached which I would receive less money back but also had to pay for shipping.

Eating this so called come one star is to high. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

scum,scam company,misrepresented walking shoes,not what ordered 4 sizes to small,no adress,no phone contact,cannot leave message hey will return,cannot get refund,company sucks and should be sued

Long wait time . Wrong size shoes received.
Emailed them no response.

They stated shoes were in customs in Norway, Then in customs in USA. Took a month for them to finally arrive and the are not the correct size .

Do not order anything from this company

Ordered shoes and was given completely false tracking info even at one point telling me my parcel was in USA customs for inspection . Order arrived as completely the wrong size and fitting . I complained to them ,sent them photographs of the wrong size shoes ; they came back and said I had accepted and signed for the delivery !! I Never signed anything.
Have claimed a refund or that they send the correct item . No reply now for 3 days . Bunch of Chinese scam artists . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Long shipping time, shoes were ordered as size 12 but more like a size 10. Return and refund communication has been very poor. Sent all the requested info and has been 2 days since response and still waiting. Sent PayPal complaint since they are not responding as well now.

SCAM ALERT! I ordered four car door handle protectors through their Instagram account. The package arrived as promised, however, they charged me almost 5 dollars more than my email confirmation says, and the protectors were not the ones I ordered and didn’t protect the cup side of the handle, as was advertised. They only protected the side of the handle that faces the person opening the door. The protectors were supposed to say Honda and have the logo on them, but they did not. Upon contacting support and letting them know all the issues (overcharged and missing the cup protectors, no logo, etc) and asking for a full refund, they said they would refund me $2 even though they charged me almost $27. I told them that was unacceptable due to all the issues, and they upped their refund offer to $4. Needless to say, I have disputed the charges with my credit card and they are reaching out to that company to settle things. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY”!

The products (Shoes) were way too small and NOT what I ordered, the 'support' appears to be non-existant,following the Chinese model they send you what they like, if it's wrong- too bad, they've got your money and you can get stuffed! The stupid thing is it would take just as much effort to send the correct item!!

the worst company i have ever dealt with, i ordered shoes size UK 10 the arrived yesterday a size 43 far to small should have been a 44/45 in size , i sent them photos plus the receipt i received for this company, they have responded," it is your fault we sent the correct size, give the shoes away the postage to return them is to much and they offered 6 dollars in compensation" worst company i have ever dealt with my advice is Never deal with this company 😡😡😡

Ordered a pair of blue shoes, size US 11.5 wide. Received a pair of blue shoes, size 43. That shoe is equal to a US 9 or 9.5. Customer support says that the order aligned with what they received yet clearly on the print out of the order it plainly states US 11.5 wide. They offered to give me USD 6.00 to make me happy. Well am not happy, took 3 weeks to get the shoes and they are wrong. Best advice, buy somewhere else!!!

Ordered logos for my car. Got last update on Sept.19. Still haven’t received them.Contacted company and they said item was delivered on September 5. Do the math folks. Order was in California on September 19 but I received them on September 5. SCAM SCAM 😡

They are a SCAM!! I ordered door covers with the Acura emblem(logo) & they sent me clear plastic!! On top of that they over charged me tax!! NYC tax is 8.875% so it would NOT be $5.99 on a 19.99 purchase. I asked for a refund & sent them pics of the items & the packaging like they asked & they had the audacity to tell me that's what I ordered!!! Hellll no! That is NOT what I ordered!! BEWARE!! THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!

I ordered some car bumpers with the Toyota logo and when they arrived they were just plain without the logo. I contacted the company and they asked for photos of the bumpers plus the relevant postage info. and they offered me a 2 dollar refund. What an insult, I could have bought the same thing from Amazon for £3.79 instead of £22.54. Don’t deal with this lot, you will be conned.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Well, it took three weeks for delivery.
The shoes have the wrong size, I had ordered Size 12 and I have got size 10.
They say they have sent the correct item and propose a refund of $ 6,-.
This is ridiculous.
Beware of this company!
You will find more customers with the same problems.

Wish I had read the reviews here first. They are shocking and seem to run the same scam on the same products!! I ordered two Land Rover led lights, they sent two blank ones which they seem to do for everyone then when you email them the just chat crap back to you and never admit they made a mistake!! Don’t waste your money

Good shipping updates, shoes waaay too small. Ordered 11.5 wide, They were closer to size 8. Gave them to my wife.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. After a few weeks, the wrong size turned up. I contacted them only to be told that they were informed by their warehouse that the shoes aligned with the order. They offered me a measly $10 refund. Watch out folks, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

The company did not want to exchange my Mazda door guards to Chevrolet door guards. The return process was so difficult it was not worth exchanging. I will make sure my Facebook friends know what kind of company this is. It will get bad reviews from me and from the BBB.
