I had a couple of questions about booking so I phoned Got Rental Cars and spoke to Ibtissam who was super helpful and friendly. This is the third time I'm booking with Got Rental Cars and their prices keep being very competitive.

Simple booking process
Simple booking process. Shame when I pressed book, I was told I was timed out. Resubmitted and price up £34! As price still fair, I’ve stuck it out. Fingers crossed for a smooth pickup and if so, I’ll be using again.

Scam - avoid
Initially the company seemed good. At airport arrival we were refused the car hire we had already paid for due to a relatively short flight delay! After speaking with both the car hire company and gotrentalcars, neither were willing to talk to one another or honour our booking. Total waste of money!
Working with scam rental companies.
Not helping resolve the situation at all.
Lost money and time.
