Good customer service, refunded my purchase

Booked a trip to Japan before the pandemic, but had to cancel it due to COVID. We were able to get refunds on many things, but there was no promise of a refund for our shinkansen tickets with Voyagin. I contacted them, and after some communication (with a real person, not an automated email system!) they refunded my purchase entirely. The refund was slow, which is why I knock off one star, but I was happy to get one at all. I will definitely buy with them again when we travel to Japan next year!

Been over a month since I cancelled and…

Been over a month since I cancelled and still haven't got a refund. No communications from the company either. I emailed yesterday now they saying they don't know when they'll refund. Horrendous service! Wouldn't use again

Voyagin handled my travel adventure…

Voyagin handled my travel adventure with professionalism and success. When I had to cancel my Japan adventure because of COVID-19, Voyagin assisted and gouty refund. Will definitely book again with Voyagin in near future.

Would book again with Voyagin

Given the covid situation, lot of cancellations took place and lot longer.

Unlike other agents, the team at Voyagin was very helpful!! We managed to get all our refunds. Was able to even call and speak to Japan team straight away, who were very polite and extremely helpful.

Looking forward to booking again, once the current situation calms down.

Great Service!

Great Service! I had a really easy time using voyagin back when I was planning my trip in November. Customer service was great every step of the way. My trip was planned for march 2020, and ultimately unable to go because of travel restrictions. Voyagin was very helpful and during this time & I hope to use them again when it is safe to travel.

We reserved an airport transfer which, due to COVID-19 pandemic, we cancelled well within the cancellation parameters...more than 28 days before.
UPDATE: We finally received a response that they were processing our refund so we upgraded our rating. I think this company intended to provide better service but the limited communication and time lag was problematic.

They were very fast at responding and…

They were very fast at responding and getting back to me when I had questions. They also were very understanding during the COVID-19 Crisis and allowed refunds. They were very nice and helpful! Will definitely use them again when I re-book my trip when the crisis is over.

recommend for future travels

I placed an order for a few cafes that I had to cancel due to COVID-19. The voyagin team was super nice, helpful, and quick to respond with clear answers on the process. Even though I couldn't get a full refund due to the purchase information on the website, I would still place a future order with them.

I don't understand the negative reviews…

I don't understand the negative reviews above; I agree with the highly positive ones. We had to cancel our Japan trip after the Coronavirus really set in and we have been told we will receive a refund from Voyagin. I found them professional, responsive and helpful.

Once you click order, kiss your money goodbye. Using Voyagin’s tiny calendar and thinking I chose the correct date for my event, I accidentally clicked on the Saturday after the date in which I was visiting. Once I realized this, I immediately notified them of the situation and I would not be able to use the date I selected. I also determined that the date I wanted to go was closed due to the current Coronavirus situation. They refused to refund my money and stated I was out of luck. They had a week to re-post the VIP seat I booked and they stated I had to cancel the order. When I cancelled the order, they likely sold the seat again and got paid twice. This company is completely unethical and has zero care for their customers. I will never use them ever to book any events. Sad Sad Sad

A business with no Ethics and Service

I am surprised see good words about this site. I find them absolutely unethical with no customer service. You chat with them. No way you get transcript. Must be afraid of legal consequences. They should be banned for New Zealand.
