They did a good job and they were very fast and efficient. We had to make changes in our reserve and it didn't mean any trouble for them.

The company answers all questions in a timely and efficient way. All tours had my reservation and I had no issues. I highly recommend going through them to set up tours gives you more of a safety net.

Great service, perfect for travelers who need to get tickets reserved in advance especially if you dont know any Japanese. I know enough Japanese to purchase tickets by myself, but then again you usually need a Japanese phone number and address to do so, so this was kind of our only option. Service fees can get pretty high, for example with the Final Fantasy Cafe, but the experience was worth it in the end and we didn’t think about the cost afterwards.

I was devastated to find out that the most useful service - ordering tickets for a concert in Japan - is no longer available. I wish they’d reconsider...
