I tried to buy tickets for Universal Studios Japan using 3 different credit cards and received a code #201 message every time so followed their procedure to get the payment processed, I "chatted" live, received emails, and spoke to a representative who all said they are investigating and will get it fixed, It took 3 days to finally be told they cannot processes payment with no reason given, oh and now all tickets are sold out (if they were available in the first place) = birthday ruined!
I know my mistake for trusting this company and simply not booking through another agent straight away. Use Klook Travel instead - easy & professional.

Good website to check for available in-demand entrance tickets.
Managed to get entrance tickets for several Singapore attractions and Universal Studio Japan (+ExpressPass).

Good service for Japan tickets
I was hesitant to book with Voyagin after checking some of these reviews, but in the end I was desperate for some way to get tickets for the Ghibli Museum, and I couldn't find any other options (JTB stopped taking June orders long before Voyagin). Lucky for me, despite some nerves immediately after placing my order the experience was totally fine and I was delighted to get to the museum, one of my Japan bucket list items checked off!
My only complaint, the price at Voyagin was way above the face value of the ticket I chose. Other reviews mentioned discount tickets so I guess it depends which one you are looking for, and in the end it was worth it for the Ghibli Museum anyway. Still stings a bit though.

Great price and tickets arrived immediately!
I booked through Voyagin whilst in Singapore. I paid $44 for mega jump and mega zip at Sentosa Island, so much cheaper than anywhere else. I also booked 4 rides on the Luge for a discounted price. My tickets arrived immediately and were valid until December. I had the best time at Sentosa and would highly recommend booking through Voyagin in advance.
I also booked tickets for Gardens by the bay and the Singapore boat trip. Both were so much cheaper than anywhere else and arrived immediately.
Great prices and reliable service. Thank you!
