Scam - Beware

They have multiple events and reservations advertised that are not available to book. Took my credit card and financial info anyway and refused to complete the bookings. Buyer beware.

Terrible: Do not buy tickets here.

Terrible, we booked tickets with this website for Universal Studios Japan, so we didn't have to wait in line beforehand and could just get into the park. The park would open at 9 AM and we were planning to get in there as soon as the park opens. I was worried because I still didn't receive the online tickets, although I got the confirmation. After sending 1000 messages on all their social media, I finally got answer at 8:30AM(!) on the day we wanted to go. The tickets were 'sold out' for that day and we would get our cash back. The confirmation "was an error". Also they thought that this information wasn’t too late at all, because it was send right on time as the park would open at 9 so we could just queue up and buy tickets at the park itself. (That was the whole reason we wanted internet tickets, Voyagin!!)

Luckily for us we could still book tickets via Klook Travel, but it took us an extra hour and a half before we could enter the park.

Do not trust this site

Do not trust this site. They confirmed tickets for Ghibli Museum for the 29th, and confirmed delivery for 28th. Now a week before, they bought the wrong tickets and said we booked for April 20th. They claimed we filled it in wrong. But we have confirmation that the delivery was for the 28th for attendance on the 29th.

Suspicious reviews

So far they failed to deliver on one of my activities. They dropped the ball and realized it only after I contacted them. They apologized with some excuses but the tickets sold out. Also the reviews on their site seem suspiciously fake. If you look at the reviews for the Kansai wide pass you'll notice a pattern of how the review was written. It becomes obvious after many people note the same thing about the trains in parenthetical.

HORRIBLE experience with voyagin

HORRIBLE experience with voyagin. Purchase at ur own risk! As a middleman agency, voyagin was completely unresponsive through emails and hotlines. When we tried to update them with our new hotel 3 days in advance, despite us calling repeatedly over the next few days, we did not receive any response. Because of voyagin’s failure to update our new hotel to the activity agency, the activity agency could not pick us up. In the end, we had to search online for the activity agency ourselves and contact them to make alternative arrangements. There was ZERO effort on voyagin part to contact us to rectify their error. when we finally contacted voyagin through the chatbot(which seems to be the only means of communication), they did not offer any sort of help and instead told us to settle it ourselves. It was a completely traumatic experience for my partner and I as we wasted the whole morning waiting for our transport to pick us up- but it never did. Bad customer service and unresponsive if any changes were made to your travel arrangements.

Offering activities that they do not deliver

Booked a day activity in Phuket,Thailand.Then a week or so later they cancelled it.The cancellation email then suggested alternative activities in Japan.Should be no stars.

Great service

Great service. Booked Universal studio singapore with sentosa express plus meal vouchers all in one go and at much cheaper rate than the park offer it on-site. Tickets arrived seconds after booking, skipped the queues using self-scan kiosk. Park itself is small though but they have a few nice rides (try the Egypt-themed one - so cool!)
