Poor form!

Seemed like a good website but upon trying to buy tickets for Disneyland Paris, my credit card was declined with error code#201 and #203. So I sent a message to Customer services and the sent and email requesting proof of flight confirmation and hotel confirmation with details confirming your name matching your account and credit card details. Seeing as I had driven to France from the UK and was staying with family and friends I was not able to provide the information as requested but as an alternative I issued the P&O ferries confirmation as proof and all details required where in there. Customer Services came back to me and and rejected this and locked my account effectively not allowing me to use the website. What’s the point if you can’t join.

Scam site! Avoid.

We bought tickets to the TeamLab in Tokyo, and voyagin sent us the wrong tickets. When I asked for the correct tickets they quoted their strict no refund or exchange policy!! Very frustrating as the website payment system is very flakey. You don’t know for sure if you’ve booked anything.
I have tried to get my correct tickets from customer service but they are now ignoring me.
My advice, go straight to the event’s website.

———UPDATE———
I mailed the customer support as per the TrustPilot reply’s instructions and have still not received any correspondence, tickets or a refund. Absolute scam.

———UPDATE 2———
As you can see from the 2nd reply from the rep, they have just copy-pasted a stock reply. I have emailed them a few times and still haven’t had a refund or the tickets. We are flying out today. Avoid!! This is so much more hassle and not worth it.

there cancellation policy trumps a natural disaster?!

To anyone preparing to use GoVoyagin please don’t. Run while you can!

We had booked 2 tickets to the Robot Cafe in Tokyo for the October 15th, unfortunately Typhoon Hagibis hit Japan and Air Canada cancelled our flight while we were at the airport ready to leave. The next available flight was on oct 15th (EST) getting us to Japan on oct 16th (JST).

We figured since this was an extenuating circumstance, completely out of our hands, with a cancelled flight and NO one to get there, that Voyagin would refund/re book our reservation but NOPE!!! They were apologetic and took our money.

We were able to get our money back with EVERYTHING else we booked, even our Air B&B fully refunded us and we immediately re booked to our changes dates.

Voyagin is an appalling agency with no morals. To not even offer ANYTHING for an event completely out of our hands, not a full or partial refund, or even a % discount on a next purchase. We will NEVER use Voyagin again, nor will we recommend it to anyone!!! We would rather pay full price at the door for Robot Cafe then to use Voyagin.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid Voyagin and look for other avenues to your events. Don’t by a Voyagin victim like us and stay away.

They were easy to work with and…

They were easy to work with and communication was fluid and abundant. Also, they were able to secure me the hard-to-get Ghibli museum tickets at exactly the time I wanted. They are the best!

Amazing experience

Through the Voyagin we bought bus tickets from the airport to Tokyo and ticket for a really excellent workshop. Voyagin helped us to find interesting entertainment, provided us with all the information and made it easy to buy.

It was a great experience

It was a great experience visting Sanrio puri land with my kids and govoyagin made it almost at the half price of regular ticket cost.
