I was disappointed in the charge of $100 for forms that are free on the US government website. While there is fine print on the initial screen I landed on, it was unclear to me that this is not a go... See more

I recently used this website to renew my passport, and I’m really grateful for how smooth the process was. I was a bit unsure at first, but their team was very responsive, patient, and guided me every step of the way.Their superb assistance turned what I expected to be stressful into a hassle-free experience.
I re-upped my and my wife's passport. With mine it had to me fill out everything manually, then had me mail it in with a picture I had to tape on the paper to mail in. When I did my wife's, a day later, it allowed me to do everything online. Not sure why we couldn't do them the same way, online? Then the TSA early check, charged me approx $78, but for my wife's it wanted $278..
Need to figure out the whole system.
Do not I repeat do not use this website. It's a complete scam given the actual government website to fill out passport forms are FREE. It's a waste of money to pay govswift and STILL have to pay $130 to get your passport or renew.
Kathlee was great! She returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with her!
This site is very easy to follow. Didn’t have problems filling out the application. I did my application yesterday and already today they confirmed my appointment. Fast and easy

Total scam. I fell for it .. my bad. Website design implies you are paying the passport renewal fee, and all you get is a PDF form. I paid $111 to print out the application.
My first credit card company flagged it as a scam immediately. So I used a second card.
This company is a complete SCAM !!!

I also fell for the site at the top of the search list. Paid $111 for the application because I was stupid and didn't pay attention. When I called back, they would only refund 30% of the fee. What a scam and a giant waste of money. It did serve as a valuable reminder to be more careful!
After further discussion with a helpful customer service rep, they did refund my entire purchase which I am grateful for. Thank you for following up and your willingness to understand my situation along with issuing a full refund.

Once again I ran into some difficulty with my global entry application. This time It was activating my husband and son’s cards. The global entry support team was able to help me with the procedure. Only positive experiences working with them.

This is NOT a passport application -- only help for it which they do not tell you. I Googled passport and GovSwift came up. My fault for not doing my due diligence. When I called to make my appointment for my passport, I was told I'd have to pay and fill out the application. I had just paid GovSwift and filled out an application. I was able to call and am supposed to get a refund.

This site is a fraud. They are not a government site and they do not process your Passport renewal. They just help you fill out the form that you can fill out for free on the real government site. They must have paid alot to be the first thing that pops up when you Google "Online Passport Renewal." THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Website design implies you are paying the passport renewal fee, and all you get is a PDF form.
My credit card company flagged it as a scam immediately.
Follow-up - I called the company and asked to have my data deleted. The agent said the data is automatically deleted after 30 days, but she confirmed it would be deleted immediately at my request. Govswift also sent an email confirming a full refund. I have trust issues with a site like this. I hope this is true. I have just signed up for AURA identity theft protection.
Note .. look at all the reviews - especially the dates.
Final update: Full refund received. Agents were very respectful and apologetic. This may be more an issue with Google directing to the wrong page instead of the company..

It's fraud. Charged me $125 for filling out a simple form. Site is structured as if it is US Gov website. It makes it appear as if you are paying passport fee.

This company charges you $111 for a paper application you can do for free. I thought the webpage wss misleading, making it seem like it’s an official government webpage. I asked for my money back and they would not do it.
Update: So the company contacted me and offered a 25% refund, I refused and said I was going to dispute the transaction with my CC company. They came back again and offered a 50% refund, which I accepted. Bottom line is, the company did try and make things right, so I commend them for that. Just be aware that this is not the official passport website. You can get your passport with no extra fees on the official webpage.

****Update**** I was unhappy because I did not know they were just a service and I still had to pay to renew my passport not to mention the money I paid them. They reached out to me and we talked! She explained to me that they were a service and they refunded me my money. She was very nice, polite and apologetic. They are legit and do care about their customers. They wanted me to be satisfied because they care about their customer’s. If I ever need help with my passport I would definitely reach out to them.

It's a scam job, can't believe I fell for it! DON'T use for passport renewals!

Taylor J was extremely responsive and helpful! Weve been talking since January and he's answered every question and sent both text and emails.

They present themselves like a government site. So to get your passport renewed, you pay double. Oh well I got taken, for me and my wife. Go to the government site, very simple. You can add a picture electronically. Pay only the 130.00.

GovSwift reimbursed payment.
Misrepresentation of service. Expected to have my passport renewed. Do not send any money to this fake company.

Caution! I thought I was on an official government site. No where does it say that I am going to be charged a service fee before submitting the application. It doesn't even have a warning before I enter the site. When it lists the charges for the passport any any expedited fees it does not show the $132 charge for the service. it wasn't until I saw the bill that I saw the charge. Govswift did give me a full refund once I stated the issue. Just be careful.
