Service was good, no problem for me, took a bit longer than expected but everything got done in the end, gowing law peeps nice and pleasant.

Wished I had contacted Gowing years ago, my late wife and I for years kept informing Onward housing regarding back garden patio flooding after heavy rain, very little was done about it, since contacting Gowing, Onward housing have tried to sort the problem,more work still needs doing, highly recommend Gowing solicitors

Gowing law were amazing! They did more for me than the housing association have done in all the years I've been with them. I didn't quite get the amount of compensation I was hoping for for some damages, but most of the work in the property have now been sorted and have a few booked to be completed.

My experience is that this company do what they say and get things done with council. So far have only got part of repairs done but hopefully will get others done shortly.

At present I'm a new client. I was confused over procedures and timings so I called. I spoke to an amazing agent called Katy who was very personable, patient and efficient, so much so I felt I had to share this experience. Concerning the company as a whole: their procedures are efficient and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone.

One thing that would make the service 5 stars is knowing who to communicate with when I have questions as sometimes I wouldn’t be able to get them through to my point of contact. However, I know they are extremely busy so just an update with when I should expect to hear from them would be great.

Gowing law was absolutely fantastic in the way they handled my issues. I felt as if I wasn’t being heard and they heard me. Gowing law resolved my issues in a short matter of time and I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them myself again if needed.
