I used zeal on some corporation tax…AVOID.SCAM.
I used zeal on some corporation tax savings based on their surveys and calculation, all seemed fine. Please be aware, the second they send you the tax documents the full amount becomes due even if you have not filed your accounts and that money is not available, they have been chasing me for in excess of £10k with debt collectors. It’s a really horrific experience and I advise people if you are going through it, ensure you have all the savings ready as cash up front as they don’t accept it to wait. I have had to start the process of shutting my business down due to their poor practises. Be aware of the sleek sales pitch, it’s actually a scam and when it comes to it they just instruct debt collectors to get their money instead of waiting till the accounts have been filed.

We are saddened to hear that your company is having financial difficulty, however, this is not due to any work completed by Zeal. On the contrary, Zeal unlocked tens of thousands of pounds in future tax savings for Persevera Capital, as well as a cash tax refund from HMRC, by helping you take advantage of a legitimate UK tax relief. These tangible savings are available to apply to your corporation tax returns each year, until the amounts are fully depleted.
As you are aware, your case was submitted to HMRC back in March 2025, and included submission of your amended tax return/accounts to capture the tax relief claim. Zeal invoiced for completion of our services 14 days later, as outlined in our terms and conditions, which were signed by yourself in February 2025.
Despite our attempts to contact you and our continued patience to receive invoice payment, more than 12 months has passed since your claim was submitted. Due to this, the outstanding invoice amounting to not even half of the £10k amount you have stated above, has now been referred to an external agency. This is part of our standard process.
Whilst we are sympathetic to hear your company is struggling financially, the tax relief claim that Zeal completed for you over a year ago and your current outstanding invoice have no bearing on your recent financial troubles.
