I'm very angry with Gozeal, I was told the process was that once they had gained a tax rebate it would be paid by HMRC to Gozeal. They would then deduct their commission and then pay me. So no outlay on my behalf and any future gains were mine alone. However the reality was I was paid directly by HMRC, £2k, and Gozeal then billed me for £6.5k. So in four years time I might start seeing some benefit and in the mean time I have 4.5k dept that I'm going to struggle to pay. These people are crooks who blatantly lied to get me to sign up with them. If you have had a similar experience with them please report it here so that others can see how untrustworthy they are. As for paying them....not a chance, I'd only be helping they to scam someone else.

Really happy with Zeal and particularly our case manager, Thomas Pullen. What a credit he is to the company! With lots of changes happening around the FHL regime ending, it was several months between first contacting Zeal to submitting a claim. Tom would check in once in a while, was really helpful with questions and super responsive, but never pushy. We were kept up to date with the proposed changes in regulation throughout until we eventually submitted our claim which has now completed. We’ve made a significant tax saving as a result! Zeals high review score is fully deserved, I would certainly recommend them!

This is the first review I have written, but I have been so impressed by Zeal that I feel compelled to write one. I used Zeal for a capital allowance for my holiday let business. I had a tax query regarding FHL and capital allowances. I had googled and tried contacting HMRC to no avail, so I rang Zeal. I spoke to Thomas, who was so helpful. He listened to my dilemma and we realised early on that Zeal wouldn't be able to do the work for me (my property value is under 90k). Thomas was very upfront about it which I really appreciated and he went to great lengths to help me and give me general advice to point me in the right direction. I now know how to proceed.

I was very sceptical at first having seen some negative comments on the cattery and kennel forum but having spoken to a young man called Nick Warner who explained everything from start to finish and the positives going forward I decided to give it a go. To be fair, left to my own devices I probably wouldn't have gone ahead it was purely down to Nicks tenacious and persuasive attitude to the claim that convinced me. After all I had nothing to loose as if there was nothing to claim back Zeal wouldn't benefit either. I am so glad I took the leap of faith. Not only did I get a good reduction on my second to last tax assessment but having now closed my cattery and finalised my accounts, Nick and the team from Zeal has worked their magic and I have just recieved an amount in excess of £16,500 ( that's the net figure with their commission already taken!!) I could not believe it! and to think I very nearly didn't go ahead. I can't thank Nick enough and any one who is sitting on the fence, go for it.
