Excellent service, easy with not hitches
At first I was a bit sceptical about going ahead with my enquiry with Gozeal . How wrong was I. Jay Hogan made the whole experience so easy, he explained the process from beginning to end and walked us through it. They do exactly what it says on the "tin".

Don't miss the boat...
I have to admit that if I hadn't already heard from my brother about the right to claim back embedded capital allowances on my holidays lets, I would have been totally sceptical. Talked to Matthew Heavyside at GoZeal, who made the process so simple and has saved us thousands of pounds on future tax bills. Hugely helpful in the current climate (and holiday lets will no longer be eligible for this after next April so I'm very relieved that we have this all sorted now).

Further on from my complaint this company is now threatening court and only given me 7 days to respond even though we’ve been away for 10 days
Be very careful before using this company i strongly agree with the other warning reviews and which I had taken their advice and never got involved with them.
Even now after I complained they are still more interested in receiving their money than being supportive.
Avoid like the plague

You could end up gaining, but you may end up losing a lot more. Be very careful.
If your business makes over the threshold (£85,000), then you will benefit from this, even though Zeal take more than a third of what you are projected to be paid. If your business does not earn over the threshold, then do not use their "services" at all, because you won't see any benefit for years, perhaps not at all. So to recap, if you are classed as a large business, go for it. Small business of 4 employees or less? Don't bother, because you won't see any benefit for a long time, if at all, and you could end up in debt as a result.

We recently reached out to you asking for further information as to why you feel your capital allowances claim was not beneficial. We unfortunately did not receive a response and have therefore been unable to contact you.
Firstly, I wanted to clarify that the VAT threshold of £85,000 (mentioned above) has no relevance on a capital allowances claim. There is no minimum threshold of any kind to make this tax relief claim. We help countless small businesses every year better their tax position by claiming missed tax relief.
Many of our clients fall below your aforementioned ‘threshold’, and achieve an extremely beneficial result with Zeal – obtaining thousands of pounds in valuable tax savings. In most cases we also secure a cash repayment for clients. This typically covers our fee and provides the client with a cash sum, as well as future tax savings. If you were not up to date with tax payments, savings generated would have instead been offset against outstanding payments, significantly reducing your HMRC debt.
Zeal are transparent about our fees and don’t proceed with a claim unless the tax benefit for our client outweighs the cost of our service. Our fees are based on a small % of the allowances we identify (not the projected tax savings amount), and are clearly outlined in bespoke proposals sent to each and every client.

When I received a call from Jack at zeal , I thought it was just a scam , but I am glad I went ahead with there help , they have saved my small struggling business a lot of money over the next few years, also put me in contact with an accountant named Marcus who was also very helpful , obviously there is a fee , but nothing compared to what they have saved me , I would certainly say to anyone if they get a call , don’t hesitate, you have nothing to lose .
