Don't use this company!! I got a £307 rebate and have been charged just short of 6k for the service, after numerous calls, they still haven't helped me, and now I am being charged for recovery of losses

Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim with us.
We have reviewed your case and spoken with your case manager. Our last correspondence with you was at the start of November. Since then, we have tried five times to get in contact with you.
During this last call we discussed the claim outcome for you and your ex-husband, who jointly owned the property. In summary, the claim generated tens of thousands of pounds in future tax savings which can be claimed over the next few years by the businesses. The claim also generated a cash tax rebate, 90% of which was due to and refunded to your ex-husband – only £300 was due to be refunded to you, which as you state you received. We informed you of this and explained that most of the money had been refunded by HMRC directly to your ex-husband.
We attempted to resolve the matter with you, which included putting in place a payment plan. However, we have been unable to contact you. As a result, and in line with our overdue payment policy, your outstanding invoice was sent to a third-party debt collection agency. We urge you to please call us immediately on 01633 287898 to resolve this matter.

I called in to zeal at the start of the week after seeing an advertisement of there’s in a BH&HPA leaflet. Spoke to a gentleman called Tom who was very helpful and efficient going through the questions needed in order to check if my holiday let qualified. I would definitely recommend ZEAL as they are very open and honest about the service they provide. With giving the best advice and support through any struggles you have. Young Thomas was a very clear and prompt young man! Will definitely be using Zeal again. Thank you again!

Unexpected delight
Recently received an unexpected call from a chap called Tab. A very polite and lovely sounding guy. He patiently explained the whole capital allowances process to me in great detail. It’s such a great scheme introduced nearly 20 years ago by HMRC. Excellent service from Tab and Zeal tax. I wish them all the best in the future.
