The Albany team were great in the whole. With Peter able to adjust my delivery requirements as they changed.

I had Grace Removals back to unpack my shed. They did such an amazing job the previous week trying to unpack my stuff which wasn’t easy as I have a small home.

Again the boys (men) worked hard and got the job done. They never hesitated to ask if they weren’t sure and I really appreciated it.

It was a traumatic time for me having the contents of my life packed after 25 years, but the employees who came to do the work were so polite and helpful, mixed in with a sense of humour to lighten the mood.
There were a lot of fiddly things to package and at no time was there ever any evidence of complaint in fact nothing was too much trouble.
As a result, I found the experience far less painful than it could have been.

I felt supported and always well informed during the whole moving process across the country from the Albany WA Branch to the Queensland Branch. Both office staff and truck drivers went out of their way to ensure I understood and was happy with every detail. As an older female I appreciated their attention to detail and kind understanding towards me at a very difficult time in my life and I would highly recommend this comp

I wanted to move household items from denmark to Perth. The process of organising was simple and the office staff friendly and helpful.
Same 2 men picked up and then delivered in perth. They were on time, cheerful and extremely obliging. I would thoroughly recommend this company for removals.

Moving belongings from Albany to Perth
Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Truck turned up on time at pick up and delivery. All the guys were great, hard working and very easy to get along with.

We moved from Albany to Mandurah just over 2 yrs ago and Grace Removal did the move and we have just moved back to Albany and would only have Albany Grace Removals do the job. Professional, efficient, and these guys just don't stop till the jobs done. This move everything had to go up 2 flights of stairs! The guys just didn't stop. Jamie, Gareth and Dave are the professionals. Gareth is an absolutely top guy, he does not miss detail! Well worth the price. Cannot recommend enough.

Packing was a bit rough with breakages of glass and picture frames from being put in boxes with no wrapping however, pots and pans that wouldn’t break were wrapped - perhaps a little training could be done. Staff unpacking did a great time but were restricted by time constraints - overall though happy with the service. Company were accommodating to our needs and the crews loading and unloading were friendly and supportive of our requirements

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Cannot fault the professionalism of the teams at both ends of our house move. Polite and courteous and so amazingly efficient. Our furniture was all very well protected and so no damage at all. Would highly recommend Grace, the price was well worth the investment.

Honesty it was worth every cent. Beds etc were disassembled and reassembled on site. Very professional and trustworthy, and then came and collected boxes and paper afterwards. No breakages, no lost items. 10/10

Albany team has good customer service and communications. Friendly and helpful.

Perth team, can’t say the same, I’m afraid. Delivery weeks late and no communications from them unless I jump up and down. It’s cost me to have this delay and u certainty and I’m not a happy customer any more. I’ve had good dealings with Grace in Albany for years…. Shame the city office can’t learn from their country cousins about how to support customers!

The two men were excellent, professional and went the extra mile for us. They took great care of everything and had awesome personalities to go with it.
Excellent service and would absolutely recommend them to everyone thinking of moving.

It was only a small job but the two people who came were polite and responsive to our needs on the spot.
