The Albany crew were great to deal with. They let us know when they would be coming and got on with the job. They were super quick and efficient when packing up our house and delivery on the other end in Perth was seamless and stress free. Would be more than happy to use Grace Albany again if required.

Grace were great with their communications. The two men, Tom and James from Albany were very profession and thorough. They made sure everything was packed safely and kept me involved in the process the entire time. Would use again.

James Smith, Tom, Dean and Gustav attended my uplift in Perth and were amazing. They worked efficiently in the hot weather and long hours.
All of them were polite and friendly and took care with my furniture and household items.

We received our original schedule to have a prepack day 1, load up day 2 and deliver day 3. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work for us due to a number of reasons. Therefore, I phoned Albany Grace and Dean was extremely helpful and understanding, taking it down to remove and deliver on day 2. The guys arrived day 1 and were extremely professional and efficient. We were very impressed with their care and speed of pre-pack/pre-upload. The next morning, they arrived right on scheduled and had the remaining items that we'd needed overnight uploaded and on the road in under 2 hours. Upon arrival to our new home, they'd picked up a third member of their team and had everything offloaded in about 2 hours. So quick and efficient! They really made our relocation less stressful. Thank you so much, team Albany! Will definitely use again.

After purchasing a house in Perth and getting approval for a corporate move, l was given a potential date three weeks in the future for a move. I requested an earlier date if possible. The fantastic team at Albany were able to reschedule and said there was an opening the next morning. As you could imagine all 'hell' broke loose preparing for the move.
I was not ready the next morning when James and Tom arrived, but l was so thankful that they were not fazed. They went about their job with humour, care and were so willing to help me get things sorted out. Well done fellas, a credit to the company. Also thanks to the other crew that arrived and pitched in, led by Darryl.
Im now sitting on my back patio in the new house, not fully unpacked but happy that l have arrived.

Excellent service as always. I’ve used Grace Removals several times and have always found them to be efficient and refreshingly polite and considerate. It’s a pleasant experience dealing with both the management and staff.

Easy to navigate and organise. Great level of care taken with items. Efficient delivery and pick up.

They kept in regular contact. The removalist guys were polite and easy to deal with.

The team at Albany branch were great to deal with. Peter kept us informed about the delay with delivery of our package, due to the flooding over East (nothing to do with Grace). We received a call to advise that the package would be collected from Perth on a Friday and booked us in for delivery on Monday between 8.30 am and 9.30 am.
Michael Rowe and his team arrived as scheduled. Our property is a little tricky when reversing into, however Michael did it with care and skill, despite driving a massive truck.
The guys that delivered our package did it with care. They were friendly and professional.

Have used Grace three times now. They are always fast and efficient and on time. The last move I changed the delivery date a few times and that was no problem. A few things broken but that’s to be expected. Insurance will deal with that.

The people at Grace were a pleasure to deal with. Their service was friendly,fast and efficient.

Grace were professional, helpful and ensured our move went smoothly. From pack up to delivery we knew what was happening along the way. Our walls got damaged in the move which was unavoidable and they were quickly repaired.

The people that Grace Bros sent to do the job were excellent, particularly the man in charge, I’m sorry I forgot their names - but they really went beyond the scope of their duties and were very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was one piece of damaged furniture which Grace Bros is having professionally repaired for me. Also, one little thing - labelling of contents of boxes could be a little more detailed to make unpacking a bit easier.
