The initial meeting with Nathan was very thorough and he picked up on a number of items I hadn't even thought to move. The pre-prep with delivery of crates and labels and clear communication was great. On the day Michael and his team were fantastic. They worked so hard, were super enthusiastic and made the whole move so easy!

The guys were very helpful by placing everything where I required to be placed. I had a full truck and they unloaded it in three and a bit hours.

Organising the date and time for the clean out of the club was timely.
The team responsible for cleaning out the club were efficient and easy to deal with. They also were able to assist with additional work at short notice.

The team worked efficiently and ensured the area was left clean throughout the move. Jack, in particular, was exceptionally polite and well-organized. His planning and coordination deserve a five-star rating. Jazmine was very prompt and clear with communication throughout this process, it has been greatly appreciated.

We could not praise the Grace team more highly. They took what is generally one of the most stressful life occasions - moving home - and turned it into a seamless experience.

From Vlad’s initial consultation and walk through, to Juanita and the ops team - the process was clearly mapped out and the communication reliable and the team accessible always.

Our gorgeous packers, Peta and Dan, worked their magic and brought the laughs with them. And not a single item broken at the end!

Our uplift and delivery crew, Leo, Rai and Lucas were incredible. So careful with all our belongings and everything secured and protected perfectly.

As soon as we’d finished unpacking the team went out of their way to expedite collection of all our empty boxes and paper. This meant we could really start to settle in sooner.

We couldn’t be more thankful and happy with every aspect of Grace this week. Now if only the rest of life was as easy….

We had a great experience with Grace Removals. Right from the first phone call with Solomon to the delivery and unpacking we could not fault the team from Grace. The boys were obliging, helpful and very thorough. We would highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for removals and if ever we move again (which I hope we don't) we would definitely be giving Grace a call.

From start to finish this company were worth the money! We moved from Brisbane to Newcastle upon Tyne (UK), and had no issues at any time.

There was plenty of packing materials delivered before our moving date (at our request) to enable us to start the packing ourselves, and then the company packed up our kitchen, TV’s and artworks.

In the day of moving the fellas turned up and packed the items as I said, and also wrapped all of the furniture in special packing materials which protected it all - nothing was damaged at the time of unpacking!

We were able to track the shipment as it travelled across the seas to our new home!

At the time for delivery in the UK, there was a delay to the original date, but we were kept fully informed. The day of delivery went smoothly, with the lads who unloaded the container doing a fabulous job!

All paperwork and customs paperwork was sorted out by Grace. I would 100% recommendation them! We had no complaints.

They also assisted us with arranging our pets to be moved through Jet Pets - they were also 10/10!

My wife and I are in our 60's. We needed to downsize.
I was so stressed - we had lived there for 25 years.
Vlad came and looked around and said it was not a problem. Cheyenne answered my weird emails, and the date changed 3 times - not a problem. The packers came and were absolutely beautiful - then the boys came to move us - my wife wants to be their grandma - nothing was an issue including brining bed bases too bit for the lift up 3 flights of stairs.
I am convinced - ONLY by using this team could we say goodbye to our home of 25 years and start our new life - not as stressed destroyed humans but as people who had witnessed a company come alongside us and put their arms around us and walk with us into the next phase of our lives.
I cannot tell you just how special these people are.
The quote was so low - I only realized now that our friends moved us - thank you.

Good communication from the team, before and during the project. The guys doing the work turned up on time, were organised and did a great job. The best thing was they listened to instructions, took on board feedback and adapted to the needs of the job, to get it done right for the client.

The team did an amazing job on our office removal. They were extremely professional and carried out the works efficiently and with no complaints even though it was a 3 storey house. They even went above and beyond at the destination site by helping me move furniture to other buildings in the area, which was above their scope of works. 10/10 and I would highly recommend no only Grace removals but Nick and his team.

Packers and movers where brilliant and well organised

Both Brisbane and Cairns teams were fantastic. Professional and took great care in loading and unloading a four bed home with lots of big furniture . They arrived to pick up and drop off when they said they would and confirmed the day before with exact time of arrival. Communication was fantastic from both the Brisbane and cairns team. Cannot fault. Would use Grace again 100%.
