Grace staff were prompt on arrival for pick up and it was obvious my personal belongings were in good hands. Friendly and polite staff.
The Grace Administration staff who worked with me and are still working with me are informative and keep me uo to date as to what stage we are at.
I don’t arrive in NZ until the 7th July 2023 and wont recieve my shipment until after that date so I am unable to comment on condition of my consignment.
I am more than please with Grace Removals and won’t hesitate refering this Company to others.

The two guys who executed the move were easy to deal with, professional and respectful in manner and respectful of our furniture. The move went more smoothly than anticipated due to the efforts and skills of the guys.

Fantastic service from initial contact with Ryan from organising the container to be delivered to our warehouse in Coopers Plains. There was a mishap with one of the Grace team rushing to load our things on the container and broke a couple of items (we could replace from goods in our warehouse, no big issue) but had our Warehouse Manager speak to him to slow down and this was followed by them and container continued to be loaded carefully.
The Grace team in Townsville were very accommodating and helpful, going the extra mile to support my staff and their needs as well as listening to instructions from my staff for the unloading onsite for our client. The driver on the day was most helpful as he went beyond his role and even helped to build furniture needed. We would definitely request him for any future projects.

Removal people were very helpful and friendly

The men were competent and cheerful all day while they worked steadily through the required tasks.

I have moved three times with Grace Removals: Adelaide to FNQ, FNQ to Sunshine Coast and now Sunshine Coast to FNQ. This third move was the only one where any of my items were damaged. I was very disappointed at first. However, Sam at Customer Service, Brisbane was great to deal with, and her follow-up was awesome. Today, we negotiated a settlement for the damages, and I am back to being a very happy Grace Removals customer of 3 moves. She said she would make me a 5-star customer again following my initial, very negative review; and she was right!! 5 Stars *****

Grace, did a great job. We were happy with the whole process from beginning to the remoalist arriving in our new city.

Movers were great, consultant was great. Bit pricey but ended up being very accommodating for our needs; with a change of circumstance etc.
There was a damaged item which I did not hear back about compensation so that was disappointing, thankfully it wasn’t expensive but it was a sentimental item.

I would never use Grace again, guys packing the truck were like casing my stuff offering me money for my property?? Then having to put it into storage last minuete was not a problem but come delivery it arrived in two small trucks, they struggled to put beds together leaving it up to me to put my bed together as they had stripped the nuts. after a week of unpacking noticing quiet a few things missing, and I mean half my house ( towels, sheets 2 box's of tupperware, cooking utensils, knives forks, dinner set glassware (ranging from wine/beer/shot/general) laundry, garage (tools), garden ( hoses/connections/ drip systems/tools ect) clothes, artwork ( unreplaceable) left costing me so much money to replace. When I did speak to them the girl was very bright bubbly laughing and I was offered a measly $500 for the trouble ( which to me, states they are at fault that accept blame and have stolen my stuff). It has cost me thousands to replace what is missing. Would never use them ever again so be warned they stake your house out when packing.. And I will continue to write a reveiw monthly to warn others as they never call back as they state with the reply to reviews.

Grace Removals managed our interstate move from start to finish. We needed to have all our furniture into a storage until we had our house ready, and they made every effort to accommodate us. We are very happy with the service that they have delivered and we would recommend them anytime.

Fantastic communication and organisation from the team for an inner-city office move of 80+ staff. Prompted me for answers to questions I hadn't considered to ensure we had all our bases covered and provided a competitive quote with half as much completion time that other companies estimated. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using Grace removalists.

Josh, Andrew, and Mick were great! They were very efficient, very polite and super hardworking. They worked well as team and very effectively together.

Mick really went above and beyond and helped us fix up a few bits of furniture which we appreciated very very much!

We had a fantastic experience with Grace, including with Sam who was very friendly and helpful when we needed to delay the delivery by a week.

The first time I sent stuff with grace it's was from Tasmania to brisbane and I was amazed with there experience so the second time I'll call them again to move from Brisbane to Adelaide cos I loved how they treated people ....came on time fast delivery good working man and they handled things with care well done team .I recommend 💯 per cent 👌 👏 👍 🙌

Stress free, problem free move by a professional and friendly team

Everything went so smoothly, the guys that were loading the guys that were loading and unloading the truck were very professional and listened to instructions given. Plenty of communication between Grace Removals and ourselves, couldn't be happier with the service.

Uplift staff were careless with the furniture. When told to keep furniture fabric on the floor, they became rude and did not want to do it. The carried the cardboard boxes and dining table in the rain without any protection. When I asked them to put a piece of tarpaulin on top to shield from the rain, they refused and used safety procedures to avoid doing this. Took too long to load the truck, from 11 am till 6 pm. They used the toilet without washing their hands, so had their grubby hands over our furniture.

Management did not do anything, even though I rang straight away to complain. They only gave the typical "sorry about this", after the job was finished.

Furniture was damaged on arrival. Car had a scratch on it, but Grace did not want to take any responsbility. They said I should contact their subcontractor, Ceva directly. Ceva refused to help and used unethical methods to show us that we had signed on those scratches when they picked up the car for delivery at the destination. I had not signed on any pre-existing scratches. Those scratches were not there on pick-up location. It's only when I contacted Consumer Affairs that they decided to fix one of the scratches.

Since their reply below that someone from Grace will contact me to see how to follow up, I've had no contact from Grace.

Grace Removals were very helpful to us when we were in a very stressful situation -- needing to clear paintings, sculptures and other items from our mother's house near Brisbane by a deadline early in the new year and send them to a small town in North Queensland. A direct move was not possible but Grace managed to patiently work out a solution, clearing the items by January 12, storing them until it was possible to freight them to Cairns then to there destination timing the delivery to avoid flooding and heavy rain. My family are grateful that prcious objects arrived save and sound mid February.

The worst removal company I have had experience in 60 years I do not know7 who has written these recommendations but it is suspect - poor information repeated requests for the same information as a elderly person I was subjected to bulling from day one and completely over whelmed with technical jargon - no empathy what’s so ever - would have been easy to help me out but they refused - this company is foreign owned and do not have an office in the UK - they subcontract the jobs out to other companies who it is alleged are also owned from the sub continent beware
