Great experience from start to end. Consultant David was very speedy and helpful in making changes to the quote based on our requirements. Had some last minute addition the day before which was handled very well as well. Massive shoutout to the crew in the day. We had a cabinet that was too heavy to carry upstairs by 2 ppl, so they came back later in the evening with an extra pair of hands to put it exactly where we wanted. Thanks team!

The staff were helpful from the beginning helping me get started in the initial phase and then continued to communicate well what was expected. On the moving day the men were courteous and worked well as a team to get the job completed.

Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided by Grace Removals. The team handled our move efficiently and the pricing was fair for the service delivered.

However, there were some gaps in communication, particularly regarding changes to pickup and delivery schedules. We were also not advised in advance that a weekend delivery would incur additional costs, which would have been helpful to know at the point of sale.

We did experience some damage to our furniture during the move, but to their credit, this was rectified promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated.

Despite the communication issues, we would still recommend Grace Removals to anyone planning a move, as they offer fair pricing and are responsive in resolving concerns.

Easy process, all my questions answered, competitive quote, and friendly helpful team. I was kept informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for the uplift and delivery teams. Would use again.

The Grace team were warm and approachable and caring about the whole process. From the quotation portion to the reception staff and down to the movers on the day, everyone was definitely happy to play their role to make the transition seamless. Well done Canberra team! The staff were friendly, efficient and professional and the move went perfectly to plan.

Efficiency of uplift and delivery. The removalist team were fantastic. Morgan who did the quote knew what to look for and helped with ideas on packing. Support between me accepting quote and the uplift could be improved - but that may also be about me not aware of process and what questions to ask. I would use grace again.

The staff were prompt and and efficience. The move as a whole went very smoothly. Our goods were packed up and collected quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time at our destination.

Hi, moving with Grace from Canberra to Ashwood, Victoria, has been wonderful. We have been looked after by your wonderful staff from start to finish. Shane was magnificent and helpful at all times with advice, bringing boxes and ensuring that we knew what was going on at all times. The packers of our front room and kitchen, Rachel and Bron, were superb. The pick-up and Melbourne crews were magnificent!! and quick and efficient. One thing stands out throughout our entire move with Grace is the clear communication from all members of staff. We always knew when things were going to happen. If there was a change/delay we were always informed as early as possible.

International move to Netherlands . Cheapest option but great service all the way along. Very little paperwork. Delivery was problem less and required no work. Very well done. Something like this gives great satisfaction. Fully recommend 5 stars

From our initial meeting for a quote to move our Gin Distillery with Gary Taffe and Bakari Sammir, the level of professionalism and customer service was evident, a very detailed quote and not one, but three site visits to ensure everything was captured.
The great service and professional approach didn't stop once the contract was signed, the team on the tools were amazing and a big thankyou to these guys and Girls:
Abram for packing and driving the forklift, a massive job of which we could not have been happier with his professional loading of the trucks.

The packing team, on two stinking hot days Kathleen and Londo were amazing, no cutting corners and great care and attention to detail.

Cannot thank the Canberra Grace team enough, moving is a stressful thing at the best of time, let alone when moving such large pieces of equipment in gin stills and processing equipment.

The onboarding process from the beginning of the engagement right through the end has been fantastic! I was thoroughly impressed and constantly felt assured by Morgan Warren and his team throughout the entire move process. Especially being that moving is a stressful process altogether, Morgan and his team were most helpful and thoughtful throughout their execution process. I had previously dealt with other moving companies in the past and they do not come close to comparing with Grace.
