Client service right from initial contact was wonderful

our experience was good once we worked out the budget we had for them to work with,
the emails back and forth were a bit slow
the guys that came out to pack and load container were FANTASTIC and the best part of the experience
Now we hope the second half when it arrives in NZ is just as good

The guy that packed our house did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier with how thorough he was and the level of care put in to packing our valueables.

Both the uplift and drop off team were friendly, very hard working and took care not to damage the houses and our furniture

I've relocated interstate 3 times and this was the best experience yet

The removal into our unit was carried out in a professional manner, under pretty awkward conditions, very narrow driveways and not a lot of room to manoeuvre a truck of any size.
We were called at around about 9.00 am and told that they would not be arriving till about 11.30 am as two other loads were in front of ours, we got another call at about 11.00 am telling us that they were 20 minutes out and they arrived on time.
The two guys that did the job Carl Penheiro and Cameron Lowe worked together and got the job done very quickly.
They had a small problem with our electric beds but between them they sorted it out and got them operating properly.
I would recommend Grace Removals to family and friends.

The initial sales rep and office staff were all very good and professional. The collection of goods from our old house was carried out very efficiently ,the people were very friendly and hard working . Goods were stored at the facility for a couple of weeks and re delivered to our new house, with a different crew who were again, very friendly well mannered and diligent. Thanks to all involved and a collective well done to Grace. Sean

Awful - Poor staff communication, lack of communication with customer, double booking for pickups, misinformation but that's not even the extent of it.

They told me they had the delivery date set for a month after the pickup date even though I was only moving within the same state and never asked for a delayed delivery date? I waited two weeks for it to arrive and then called, ended up being told my stuff had already been delivered when it hadn't. It was just sitting at the destination depo waiting for the false "delivery date". If I hadn't followed up myself about where my items were, I would have been waiting a month for no reason. Perth team said they would sort it out for me, but I never got a call back to confirm delivery. I called the destination depo directly a day later and had to organise the delivery myself as they hadn't been contacted or made aware of the situation by perth.

Two guys turned up, really nice pleasant blokes. Ask where we wanted our boxes, explained we wanted some in the house and some in the garage. After 90 mins they knocked on the door to say they had finished. No problems, smooth delivery what else can you ask for?
Would highly recommend Grace without hesitation.

Very impressed with today’s delivery by Grace. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as our things arrived after quite some time on the sea, but it was a great experience. Sam B and Carl D were both brilliant, friendly, happy, professional and hard working.

I've moved with Grace three times now, and the service has been incredible every time. Grace has saved me a lot of stress. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Carl and Jayden in Perth were absolutely fantastic! So careful with our belongings, professional and friendly.

Improve company protocols. Use checklists provided and count items out and in to homes.Makes knowing what items are missing easier for your customer.
Communicate- especially when it’s bad news. Not hearing from you and figuring out you’re not coming twice isn’t fun. Moving internationally is stressful enough.
Follow up unhappy customers- offer some compensation- a voucher or something. Not been contacted since the final (we think final) box was delivered over a week ago.
Poor service, poor professionalism and poor communication.

A well oiled machine. Very easy to deal with. Jennay in Perth is as good as they come.
A 40 foot containers worth to the other side of the world and just two broken plant pots, which I packed….

We we contacted on the day giving an approximate arrival time. Upon arrival Sam and Damian introduced themselves and carried out a site inspection prior to unloading. At all times they were courteous and considerate of our requirements and careful with our furniture. They took extra care with our grandfather clock and assembling our lounge.
They assisted with loading some excess furniture on a trailer which I was taking to my daughters house.
Well done vey happy. The boys also commented on the excellent packing by thee Sydney team.

Sincere thanks to Sam and Tristan, they worked so hard to please us! Taking extra care constantly. It was extremely hot, they didn’t complain and only planned how it would keep them fit to be on the reality show Surviver! Positive thinking, we wish them well!!😀

The team arrived at the designated time. They were polite, careful of our newly renovated unit and worked really hard on a really hot day. Thankyou to the boys who completed our download. Much appreciated.

Fantastic experience from the quote to the after move and everything in-between. The 4 guys on our move were nothing short of sensational and can not speak highly enough of any of them. Would definitely use the services of Grace again.
