Due to a previous bad experience with a different company I was anxious about moving Interstate this year. I sought three quotes and compared companies based on price, attention to detail and service promise. Although the quote from Grace was slightly higher, I chose them because every time I had a question it was answered promptly.
The move went seamlessly, our belongings are intact, the teams at both ends of the move were friendly, practical, and efficient. The follow up has been excellent.

The price was sharpest of the four companies we engaged, packing materials were provided at no additional cost, and the team that did the uplift and delivery were outstanding, careful with our belongings and engaging. The team were professional,caring and informative. Both the removal day and the moving in day were wet but the boys maintained a positive attitude and did a good job.
I have to mention that on the removal day,25 April, Michael found himself packing on his own due to staffing issues. He was like a whirling dervish and everything got packed well and with a great attitude. Great image for your company, Must also mention your Leading hand Peter who held the whole procedure together both at the packing stage and the delivery and unpacking point. Well done both.

The removalists were very polite and easy to work with. They unloaded with care and were happy to place items of furniture in the rooms that we requested.

Great customer service. The delivery was a bit rushed, but it was a big load to deliver in one day. Definitely refer them to others.

We had a horrible experience with another company on our last move, having to rent another truck as the one they arrived with was not big enough, damaged furniture at the other end and impolite staff.
So this time we decided to go with Grace, who was only a tiny bit more expensive but wow, it definitely was worth the price.
Two of the most polite, respectful men, dressed in Grace uniform that showed the professionalism of the company, arrived on time. They were friendly but got on with what they were there for. After the packing was so carefully done there was a two hour drive to our new home and they got stuck into the unpacking. They asked questions if they weren’t sure where our boxes or bags had to be placed, even measured the fridges and spaces so they could put them in their places so we didn’t have to change them later.
The company kept in contact from the original enquiry right through to after the move. They were the only company willing to do the pack and unpack on the same day. All the staff have been so helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be recommending Grace to anyone who needs to move and if we ever move again, Grace will be the company of choice.10/10.

The communication and care and passion of the service and delivery was top notch. All my stuff arrived interstate in perfect condition, on time and to expectation. The team were so helpful in moving things to the right location for me being on my own. It was a fabulous process from beginning to end and took the stress out of moving.

Grace are a professional team who do the job right. They are not the cheapest, but when it comes to moving from a home you've lived into for years (one of the most stressful events), you want professionals who'll do the job right. They were quick, efficient and packed delicates with care (wrapping them in blankets).

Anyone can call themselves a removalist, but these guys know what they're doing and they get it done with zero fuss.

The team in the office were super helpful too.
