We had an excellent experience for what can be a traumatic time; moving house is not fun. Grace Removals made the process simple yet efficient, from packing our original home to putting everything in storage to finally releasing and moving our goods into our new home. Thanks, guys, you were terrific!

The team from Grace were polite and careful with all our furniture and personal possession, they took beds and a table apart and put them back together again. The team took away a lot of the stress from moving. Thanks very much to all of the people from Grace. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great😃! Kirstie, Cory and Brad were all extremely helpful in a time where we were not only undergoing a big move but my husband and I were both sick and I had been very unwell in hospital. But through all this stress, Kirstie and team were very patient, professional and explained everything very well.

As Kirstie and Cory are aware, we are still yet to find some items of clothing including nightdresses, runners x 11 pairs and the connections to our adjustable beds. I don’t doubt that the efficient Grace team dropped the boxes off to us but where these items are located in the boxes are yet to be discovered…I will let Grace know when we have unpacked in a years time…. when we relocate back to Cairns if we have located these items. I🙏🏻 we will.

The boys uplifting and moving the furniture were fantastic. Worked very hard and had us moved quickly and painlessly. A slight mixup internally regarding packing/uplift day made for a little unnecessary stress, but the Sunshine Coast office were quick to sort it out and ensure we were still away same day!

The move was a major event for us travelling from Sunshine Coast to Tasmainia. The accessor who initially came to value the job was helpful but not pushy, when the truck turned up the two guys ran us through what to expect and reminded us to double check cupboards and outside areas. They were extremely efficient. At the other end we received the same high service. Once all compete a few days later we got a follow up call to make sure we were happy. From our experience I would recommend Grace and would definitely use them again.

Second time using Grace for a long interstate relocation and very happy with their service. A team of 5 dropped off my goods in record time. They followed directions of where to place my items and did so with care. Thanks 😊

For a small move . Service was great and professional .cost of the move was fantastic for a small interstate move. All was packed awesome and delivered ahead of schedule and professionally. Highly recommend for any move big or small

Grace took the stress out of moving interstate. They were punctual, good communicators, friendly and respectful.

Grace removalists were all very obliging while they were taking my money, but when my goods were finally delivered, there were multiple damages, and to claim insurance was like pulling hens teeth. They found every excuse they could to not pay. Even when stated on their own itinerary form that they caused damage. They take no responsibility of their actions and were quite arrogant and narcissistic with their replys to me. Just don't use them, they don't care about your goods. I'm sure Grace will reply with their own buttered up reply which will be incorrect. Just don't use them.

However, this is just a generic reply and I received similar replies from them a few times, but in the end, nothing was done, nothing changed, and the outcome was just the same. They just reply this to make it look like they are looking after their customers. As I said, don't use them.

On pick up in Noosa the men were excellent and the same for the delivery day in Melbourne awesome team of movers. The communication re the delivery after a month of storage was a little confusing but overall well done and I cannot complain. I would highly recommend using Grace removals over Kent removals and I would definitely say you get what you pay for. Don't even think about using cheap dodgy brothers or local movers as from experience they generally suck at some stage of the move and its too stressful as it is to waste time and effort on this type of removalist.

Excellent service. Kristie was onto our removals quote so quickly over the Christmas period. Before other removalists had sent quotes, we were already moved! The whole Grace team were very professional, excellent communication, good care taken of our belongings and our goods arrived on time. I also shipped my BMW M3 through Grace which I was very anxious about however it arrived safely, in the same condition I sent it and 3 weeks earlier than expected.
We could not ask for better service - very impressed and we would use Grace again.
